am
writing
this
review
to
express
my
profound
disappointment
with
the
overall
experience
during
my
stay
at
your
villa
from
December
30th
to
December
31st.
(Supposed
to
stay
till
the
1st
of
January
2024
)
Unfortunately,
the
numerous
issues
we
encountered
greatly
overshadowed
any
potential
enjoyment
we
could
have
had.
1.
Check-in
Experience:
-
Checked
in
at
3:40
pm;
none
of
the
rooms
or
the
lobby
was
cleaned.
-
Lack
of
assistance
from
employees
with
our
bags
upon
arrival.
2.
Room
Conditions:
-
Bed
sheets
were
not
fresh.
-
Absence
of
bottled
drinking
water;
questionable
cleanliness
of
pre-filled
glass
water
bottle.
-
Expired
creamer
among
complementary
products.
3.
Hygiene
Concerns:
-
Unhygienic
appearance
of
employees
while
serving
food
in
the
kitchen.
-
Employees
infringing
on
privacy
by
congregating
in
the
lobby
during
family
time.
4.
Food
Service
Issues:
-
Miscommunication
between
owner
and
employees
regarding
the
variety
of
food
offered.
-
Employees
failed
to
fulfill
the
agreed-upon
two
types
of
food,
providing
only
one.
5.
Pet
Policy
Disregard:
-
Requested
removal
of
dogs
due
to
personal
preference;
employees
refused
to
comply.
Due
to
these
issues,
my
family
and
I
were
compelled
to
cut
short
our
intended
stay
until
January
1st.
The
overall
experience
was
far
below
the
standards
one
would
expect
from
a
reputable
villa.
I
sincerely
hope
you
take
this
feedback
constructively,
as
improvements
are
urgently
needed
to
uphold
the
reputation
of
your
establishment.
