This beach is also a good place for a walk. There is enough space for playing football, volleyball, etc. Sadly there are polythene, plastic bottles and broken glass bottle pieces..I saw there was a cleaning project last few weeks ago and a few foreigners were engaged in cleaning the entire beach..but now if you visit you can still see new garbage all around. Kindly requesting whoever visits wherever it is please help to protect our environment.

Not too clean. Its been ruined and not maintained. its ofcose a nice place but the facilities could have given to appeal more.

Avoid weekends & public holidays because it's crowded. Always better if you can come early and leave early. Parking is available.

Recommended to visit in early mornings and evenings. In morning, this place is less popular and its getting bit busy in evenings. Sometimes drunken peoples and scammers are messing up. Be careful if you're visiting this place in late night as a solo visitor.

I love panadura Beach. But the only problem I find is the lack of any fauna n flora near the beach. There are not much of rocks i the beach too. There is a large dorm shaped water gate is there. Flying a drone would be nice in this area.
