Very good place... Parking space is available.. The staff is very good, kind and friendly.. But, the price is expensive.. But, it is a quality and durable product here.. Overall a good place... 🛍️❤️👍📌️🏢

They have a good collection. Prices are bit higher but their quality is good. The staff is managing customers well. Not unnecessarily coming behind us and giving us opinions. They are maintaining separate sections for each items so then its easy for us do shopping.

I was delighted to find a treasure hunt Hot Wheels car at the store. The selection of toys available was impressive as well. It would be helpfull to collectors if the merchandise is refreshed more often. More Hasbro, Funskool and Nintendo product should be in the store as well.

They have got almost everything we are looking for. Great varieties of clothing, footwear, watches, cosmetics and toys. Prices are moderate. You can get an e-bill. The parking is at the basement. Opens at 9:30 AM and closes by 8 PM. I would grade the quality of the goods 4/5 and quality of service 5/5. Staff are very helpful.

There's a good collection of clothings, accessories and a number of household items for a reasonable price. I have never been dissapointed by Cool planet.The staff is super friendly and supportive. My favourite shopping spot in Kandy. Highly recommended.

Visited da Kandy outlet this evening around 06.30pm..we always enjoy da products with da supporting staff..but to day had a really bad experience with the security guard..a rude man..who looksin to da vehicles da customer arrives & adjust his behavior 🤔 Please look in to dis matter as we want to bring our children to decent places & we value da service for da money we spnd ..with a decent staff

Good collection of women's and children's clothes, and also gift times for reasonable prices. Friendly staff.

Please keep your floors tidy. There are more clothes on the floor than on the shelves! We cannot find the clothes we want to buy because of this. If you take one hanging cloth, two or three more clothes will fall on the floor! And the best thing is that, there are no employees to help the customers. They are just walking here & there. Should the customer pick up the dropped clothes and hang them on the clothes rack? Why then you have your sales assistants? There are thousands of clothes in your store but useless, because of this disarray on your floors!

From this place you can buy many varieties of cloths, equipments toys and accessories for kids,and Adults. prices are different compare to other places good place and well maintained recommended!

If I say anything about Coolplanet is it have a good collection of clothes and everytime I went there it wasn't very disappointed as the other shops

Salespeople were super into their convos as I heard some loud chitchat probably Love drama vibes happening. Buggers were no help, seriously useless and got attitude. It was 5 pm and these buggers were ready to leave. Place might as well be called "Love Planet" with all the romantic drama!

One of best place for textile needs in kandy city. Parking available. Other than garment products many items available. Good place. Customer service good. Recommended.

Please reconsider who you outsource your security staff too. Theres a security dude outside that jumps in the middle of the road and blows a whistle - his aim is to stop oncoming traffic so that customers can leave. Use of hand signals are fine but the whistle is distracting to ongoing drivers, I've had to look twice just to see if it's the police that's trying to stop me.

Everything is fine without the security guard. He doesn't know how to talk to the customer. He did not let us enter through the main door. He wanted us to enter the store from the parking area. He was soo rude. We complained to the store manager as well. Please consider about this matter. Thank you!

Visited kandy outlet recently, but couldn't find a good collection

Exorbitant prices on clothing items that have huge defects. Especially the brand envogue. Some in the brand Andriana as well.

My daughter's birthday plans went haywire due to sudden announcement of curfew. We had only half an hour to buy some gifts for her and we rushed to the cashier 5mins before closing time. We doubtfully asked whether it's possible to get everything wrapped. There was a quick huddle by the remaining staff to discuss who's going to do what and they said "yes" and wanted us to pick the correct wrapping papers etc. My wife and I will never forget this lovely gesture because it made my daughter's birthday a memorable one... Thanks Cool Planet for all your support!

You can find not only clothes but household items and cosmetics too. If you are looking for new types of household items this is one of the best places for it. Shoes and hand bags are also available. There is a spacious vehicle park too.

You get clothes for reasonable rates. Can find baby items, ladies & gents clothes etc...almost all the staff is kind and good except one or too. I bought a branded portable cot from cool planet Pelawatte. But if you are looking for super branded clothes and unique designs, this is not the place.

The place feel cramped and the air conditioning was not working properly - so we were short of breath. The elevators are small and there's only two of them. After about 10 minutes inside the place, all we wanted to do was run out.

Sometimes there is no price tags. Then some customers ask the price and get. But when go for billing, price is different. That's uncomfortable. Just have to pay and buy as already spent time for shopping and no more time to waste.
