We loved staying here! Amazing place built by the owner himself, it all looks amazing and is so cozy. Beautiful bathroom that looks like a jungle and nice room. Also we had an amazing dinner and the best breakfast here! Made with so much love. Would always come back here! Nice conversations with the owner, too. Thanks for having us!

It was very creative and absolutely amazing place. The theme of interior is echo friendly and using mostly discarded items. Whole concept is re-usability.. Also super clean rooms and the restaurant. The food was exceptional and extremely good value for the money. Beautiful garden and parking available.The owner Dulip and his lovely family were so kind and very helpful. It’s also very close to the Ambuluwawa tower, railway station and Gampola town. Thanks for having us and for great hospitality. I have no hesitation for recomending this lovely place

Nice place to stay, we can definitely recommend that place - super friendly host! The room was beautiful decorated and very clean, comfortable bed, lots of space for you lugagge and a nice terrace to chill. The breakfast and the dinner at the restaurant was super delicious. Also the Ambuluwawa Tower isn't far from the accommodation. We would definitely come back!

This restauration with accomodation was absolutely amazing. We didn’t expected such a great room. It was all clean, big, with private shower, airfan and little garden in front of the room. The owner was the kindest person I've met, helpful and also great chef! Food was delicious, we had rice and curry, and a luxury breakfast- it was just awesome. I can only reccomend!

Excellent and friendly service. Best place for family get together in Gampola. Everything was great. The level of hospitality is pretty much higher. Washrooms were perfect. The place has been built following an eco friendly theme. The restaurant comprises numerous crafts that have been created recycling old rice cookers, glass bottles, plastic containers and many more. That's a huge attitude. Surroundings are calm and we took a lot of photos. Really want to visit this restaurant again.

La Pinchi is a restaurant with a lovely ambience where we can enjoy the food together with the bliss of the ambience. Owner himself is a very nice person and it is indeed a nice place to have a meal there.. Food were well presented and indeed they were tasty. Loved the Cheese pasta alot. Worth a visit 🥰

Perfect spot to start you tour of Ambuluwawa Tower. The owner is genuinely nice, helpful and joyful. We booked a stay at the hotel and also had dinner and breakfast here. The room was stunning, with really cool elements included. Although there was not AC, the ventilator above the bed was totally enough to have a great sleep. The patio of the room is a really cool spot to have some privacy and daylight. The beds were mega comfortable and we slept amazing. The restaurant was super nicely decorated and the food was gorgeous! It was all prepared freshly but the owner also served is beautifully. We can only recommend to eat and sleep there, the place is truly special and amazing.

We had stopped over here after visiting ambuluwawela for lunch. The interiors were really nice and had been completed using mostly shipping pallets and discarded packaging items. Good concept and it gave a good ambience to the place. The food was good and service was excellent. Parking available.

The man who owns this property is totally outstanding. He helped us with everything! With everything I mean also the things outside the accomodation or cusine. He adviced us on many things and organized the whole parts. Words cannot describe his personality, trust me. Accomodation is very cosy, clean and stylish. Everything built by the man itself. I definitely recommend this place. If it would be possible, I would put here 10 out of 5 stars. Many thanks Dulip!!

The @lapinchi gave us a helping hand - storing our luggages while we were exploring the Ambuluwawa tower. Afterwards we had a tasty lunch there. Great handmade place, delicious food, tasty fresh drinks and the best host ever. I saw one room, it looks very nice.

The food we ordered came very fast and was super tasty!! The owner of the restaurant/hotel is super nice and friendly and speaks fluent English. He made the whole interior and all the decoration in the garden by himself and it just looks stunning!! I really recommend you to come here and sleep one night :) greetings from Sri Lanka! Have fun

I've been there like 5-6 times but only once they had all the food advertised on the menu. If you are really lucky and they have the stuff you want, food is good. But to enjoy the best possible outing experience you have to have FOOD which isn't most of the time. Really love the interior and the vibe they create but it's sad to see a fair potential going down the drain. Will not be recommending to any of my friends like I used to. So sad guys.

The design is super) I stopped for one day to visit Ambuluwawa tower, and as a result I decided to stay for two days to drive around Gampola and Kandy. The owner is very cool, he waited for us until 5 in the morning and did not sleep until we arrived from Unyvatuna ..

My husband and I arrived in the city of Gampola to visit the Ambuluwawa tower, settled in La pinchi Restaurant. The room is cozy, atmospheric, a lot of plants in funny pots, there is everything you need to stay for a couple of days (hot water, soaps, paper, towels). The owner is friendly, offers tea and coffee no matter what time you check in (we arrived at five in the morning). Breakfast included. A variety of food (rice with vegetables, burger, sandwiches). The location is convenient, there are many shops nearby.

The food delivered on time for dinner was fresh and mouth watering. The devilled chicken dish was great and the best of all. Enjoyed the meal to the fullest.Thank you La Pinchi for your great service.

Dulip is one of the most kind persons we met on Sri Lanka, with his creativity he made the hotel a lovely looking place to stay. The dinner and breakfast where also excellent (very tasteful). We would recommend everybody to stay at La Pinchi!

Great restaurant and hotel near to the Ambulawawa observation tower. The owner is very polite and helpful, he shows us around and shows everything, he also cooks great. We are very pleased, there is a family atmosphere and many very nice decorations handmade by the owner, which gives this place a unique atmosphere. Here is private parking for our tuk tuk as well. If you are going to the observation tower, this is a great place to stay.

We stayed at la pinchi for one night after visiting the ambulawawa Tower.The host picked us up at the train station. We had a warm welcome with juice and coffee. The rooms are very nice but there is no air con. The dinner was absolutely delicious and cooked by the owner. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. The host made breakfast burger, typical singalese food and rice and Curry. We definitely recommend to stay there. Thank you for the friendly and hospitable service! Best regards from germany:)

The rooms are so beautiful and clean! You can see the dedication of the owner! Breakfast is delicious and so big! The host is super nice and friendly!!

Such a comfy, peaceful room run by the the nicest family who goes out of their way to make you comfortable. I especially like the bed, garden like entry to the room and circular fan that kept us cool. The breakfasts were especially jaw dropping with many Sri Lankan specialities and tea.
