today just now before i ordered beef rotty kothu plus exrtra spicy instead of that i got normal chicken kothu and it’s very worst taste plus quality was very poor . i tried to complain via hotline but they didn’t even pickup the phone cal . worst restaurant ever i ordered in matale

This restaurant has been a go-to whenever I'm in Matale. In terms of improvements, I think they should maybe take some steps to improve the food quality. Most of it tastes great but I've noticed inconsistencies. Almost all beverages here tend to be too sweet even when you ask for a low sugar option. The serving staff is really friendly and engaging, and this is one place in Matale where the servers deserve a big fat tip.

Ordered broasted chicken for the whole family today. Price was almost equivalent to KFC prices. Broasted chicken pieces were prepared using some non flavored plain flour which covered the chicken with extremely thick multiple layers. Couldn’t find the actual chicken at all. Even the smaller chicken area inside was overcooked and tasted so bland. So disappointed. Total waste of money. Packing was done using some cheap brown bags, even our local tasty shop gives in premium quality package. They were even saving in ketchup packets and sent loose ketchup in small cheap plastic bags. We didn’t even touch those packs. Not again Burger chief 🙏🙏 complete disaster.
