visited
GLOMARK
last
Saturday
with
my
husband
and
I
had
a
bad
experience
with
the
cashier.
The
way
she
conduct
her
was
very
rude.
There
were
two
pieces
of
pumpkins
on
my
cart
and
the
sticker
that
indicate
the
weight
was
pasted
on
a
single
piece
and
without
checking
she
asked
me
to
go
and
weigh
the
pumpkin
piece
which
doesn't
have
the
sticker.
My
husband
intervened
and
said
that
the
both
pieces
were
weighed
together
and
the
sticker
was
for
the
total
weight.
Also
she
made
a
mistake
on
billing
the
Zesta
Tea
packet
and
a
staff
member
came
and
corrected
it.
She
even
did
not
pack
the
stuff
into
bags
and
I
had
to
do
it
on
my
own.
When
we
were
about
to
leave
my
husband
checked
the
bill
and
to
see
she
has
charged
us
for
4
Packets
Pelawatta
400g
Milk
powder
instead
of
2
Packets.
We
showed
it
to
a
staff
member
watching
over
the
counters
and
she
refund
us
the
money.
I
complained
her
also
about
the
cashier.
I
hope
that
the
management
will
take
necessary
measures
to
correct
her
attitudes
and
trained
her
to
do
the
job
accurately.
My
advice
for
the
customers
is
even
if
you
are
in
a
hurry
always
take
time
to
check
the
bill
before
you
leave
after
purchasing.
