Dont be rude to your customers like this. I called to know the availability of flowers but the person who answered was unbelievably rude to me. You must be having a very bad day.. and you made my day horrible too! Im very dissapointed

My fiancé ordered a bouquet of roses for me for Valentine’s Day (2023). The bouquet I received from Jasmine had 6 flowers, only 2 of which were actual roses. My fiancé was not even informed that they were replacing roses with a different flower called “peonies” until we figured it out ourselves.

Jasmine flora is the best Florist in Negombo, Sri Lanka. when i was there, I got some flowers and all fresh and price also great.

They don't know how to deal with customers and they don't care about their customers. I was very disappointed with them.

Good quality flowers are available. Price is lower than other places. Variety is not that much. But you can find something for a reasonable price.

Asked to create a flower bouquet worth Rs 2500, Got a very disappointing small bouquet. When I asked the price of individiual twigs the sum just got added upto Rs 1650 aprox. I guess rest for the wrapping which was just few sellotape pieces and the wrapping paper.

They are providing 24hour service also.. Some how they will keep the flower bunches to take midnight also.
