One of the worst in the town, no customer service , no courtesy, no trained staffs, worst behaviour from the staff, and the staff has no clue about when the doctor will come, our appointment was at 3 pm, doctor didnt show up, and the reception staff was keep on telling the doctor is on the way for nearly 2 hours, I dont recommend this place to anybody, there a many other options in the town

It's a bloody nonsense, not a hospital, reception answer the calls like a dog. They can't transfer any calls to relavent doctors.in a emergency who treat the patient.

Only one private hospital in gampola more facilities in other than.

Very bad place for consult a doctor . Very poor management and staff.If you really want to save time never visit this place. There are tv ac and fans but they never turn those on 👎

Please … Don’t go there…. I didn’t go there for the consultation but for the another matter… There service was very bad, The way hospital owner spoke with me was unacceptable…. Do you really consent about your health? Then you will think twice before go there….. I was personally hurt…. 😢

Over charges & no value for the money .

I did my first delivery from there. The hospital owner’s wife is roaming there like a VOG and commenting without asking. No manners at all. They discharged us at 12 coz that was a Friday i wantd to go home soon the owners wife was like giving idea to have lunch i explained i can go home n take.. she was like “why r u worrying there is no extra charges for the lunch” That words are still hurting the way she spoke.pls give respect to the ppl. if we concern the money we would have gone to Government hospital. Why paying money and listening to these kinda commnts. Owner’s wife or whoever first learn to respect and we din come to yo house to hv dlvry for free.. we pay u. and the way the chief nurse treated me very bad also didn’t give the pills once and i got pain aftr the operation when i let the dctr knw that she got angry on me.
