Doctors not arriving on time. Patients will have to wait for long hours than the said time to meet the doctors. Unfriendly staff. The only priority of the institute is to collect cash from the patients at arrival. Not recommended under any circumstances. Completely bad place when compared with the similar medical centres in the area.

They don't care about the others value and time.... For ENT Rs 1900.00 only for checkup and doctor time is 9.30, now it's 10.30 still Doctor sleeping at home.

Waiting time is too long than the said times for appointments. Usually customers will have to wait for more than two hours to meet the doctors. Arrival of doctors are really late. Customer service is highly unsatisfactory. Unfriendly staff. Bad experience at the visit. Not recommended. Simillar medical centers nearby providing far more better service.

Receptionist didn’t speak humble.. she was rude when i was asking about a doctor, Better study hospitality.. we didn’t ask for free service we pay money.

Very very waste behaviour customer care service because today I spoke with one of the agent that lady talk with me very rude I ask with her tomorrow what time ____ doctor coming lady answer is very rude she told me if want you can call tomorrow why you asking now management compulsory need to be teach how to respect the customer because she is taking salary our hospital channeling fees we are not receiving free treatment stupid lady,😠😠😡😡

Very disappointed about service. ENT Doctor came late. 2300 ruppees was charged only for consultation no any treatment done. Doctor expressed at the chaneling centre not available microscope, asked me to visit Asiri in Kandy for treatment again. What a insane. Waste of money and time. 😡
