Loved the stay. It was enjoyable and pleasant due to the best climatic conditions as it was not too cold and not too hot.freindly staff ! Food was great too. The bedrooms are standard and well maintained. Has a breathtaking view of the mountains and real infinity pool. This hotel is up there in one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in town .worth the price.highly recommended !

A decent hotel situated near Pussellawa with scenic views towards the hills. Regularly visits for Breakfast, Lunch or Tea and the service has been really good. Food is of really good quality and the service is really satisfying. Even though it is a bit too expensive, the quality and quantity justifies the price. Highly recommended as a place to have Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Tea on your way to or from Nuwara Eliya if you're ok with spending a bit more for good quality food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riverbank Resort and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay, which made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The resort itself is surrounded by nature, which gives it a beautiful and peaceful ambiance. It was also kept very clean and tidy, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The parking facilities were convenient, and it was easy to find a spot close to my room. In terms of the food, while it was of a medium level, it was still enjoyable and there were plenty of options to choose from. However, I did feel that some of the dishes lacked a bit of flavor and variety. The location of the resort was a bit further from Ambuluwawa than I had anticipated, about 13 km away, but this did not bother me as I was looking for a more peaceful getaway. Overall, I would recommend the Riverbank Resort for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in nature with friendly service and staff.

WOW! This place looks amazing from the outside and inside both. We first stopped for lunch but after checking out the view from the restaurant we decided to stay. Their rooms are super spacious and fully equipped!! For lunch we had seafood fried rice and jumbo prawns, both tasted amazing! For dinner we had the cheeseburger and lime soda and I did not regret it one bit. Downstairs you get a bar/pub kinda area close to the infinity pool also with a breathtaking view. Most importantly what made us stay the night was their service. They were incredibly kind and attentive to us and also gave us a very good rate. I would highly recommend this resort for a pleasant stay.

We felt most welcome and had a wonderful stay at Riverbank Resort. The place was very clean and quiet. The room had a great view thanks to its huge window front. However, the BEST PART were the PEOPLE. The manager as well as the employees were all very kind, attentive and determined to grant you any wish. They helped us arrange any tour and transport and always tried to get us the best (fair!) prices. 100% RECOMMEND TO VISIT THIS HOTEL (especially at the start of your trip because they can help you plan any future travel plans in Sri Lanka).

Perfect place for a family trip. Very clean and spacious rooms with the necessary amenities. Excellent hospitality. And most importantly, delicious food. Since we had a group of 25 people, they had arranged a buffet for all 3 meals and they cater the menu according to your needs as well. The manager, Mr Naleem, was very helpful and attended to all our needs. Child friendly place too!! If you are looking for a place for a family trip, then this is a superb choice. Good value for money!!

One of the best resorts that we have stayed after Mahaweli reach and Mosvold Villa. This was very clean and neat. Rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The staffs they are very helpful. They got all the good views. The food is Good but they should improve on flavour side. The buffet items very for the cost. Other than that they got everything.

Booked a special night out at riverbank resort for my parent's anniversary and was blown away by the effort the staff put into making sure ever little detail is perfect for their night. Made the booking from overseas and Gopi was an exceptional host, promptly responding and attending to my requests. Parents had a wonderful time and were well looked after. I would highly recommend.

This is an unexpectedly wonderful accommodation that we found on the way to Kandy. Decent location, views, food beyond expectations, really friendly staff including Jothi, plus modern accommodations are organized and swimming in the pool is top notch. I stay here every time I come to Kandy almost once a month, but it's a place I really want to come back to.

Prices of the food is reasonable and the place was very clean and the staff is friendly.again the food quality and the tase is at it's top level.I will definitely come back again❤️

Amazing place in Gampola! We stayed just one night because we we’re in a hurry. Perfect place for those who want to visit Ambuluwawa tower. The views are AMAZING and the infinite swimming pool è just mind blowing. Perfect stay!

Amazing place for a family vacation. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The manager and staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. There was a good variety in terms of food and all of it was delicious. Lastly, the view all around is simply fabulous.

Excellent Resort. Nicely maintaining. Experienced chef. Tasty food. Buffet may less options but all are well prepared. Set menu they will provide limited options. Better to have rooms only and have lunch buffet and have other meals outside or ala cart. Specially need to tell about Swimming pool. Average size pool. 4 feet only. Both sides having kids pools. We stayed at this hotel few days back . Such a lovely place to spend and relax. Very clean rooms and the cabana we stayed is just beautiful facing the mountains. Their staff is very professional and very helpful l. I would like to thank mr Kamilas who went extra mile and got the food ready for our baby as a beautiful gesture. Mahesh , Kasun and Roy also made us comfortable and helped us through out our stay. Highly recommended and no regrets at all for all the money we spent . Food service room everything is superb.
