Where to start? First of all, the incompetent service and the ignorant manager, Dhushantha. The restaurant was not even full, with only a few tables occupied. But when they gave us HALF of our order the server simply said "no more plates. Can only give you three. The other plates are being used." (There were ten of us!) So ignorant and lazy! There should be at least an amount of plates corresponding to the number of seats in the restaurant! The manager isn't trained to oversee these things and prepare the cutlery and crockery for the restaurant. And when we asked for a basic feature which was a highchair for my cousin, they simply said that they didn't have one! Simple amenities, zero! Secondly, the drinks were served in a way that was so weird. It was as if they added water to the 7up and the fizz was all gone. The taste was so diluted. We expected more from an international chain! Colonel Sanders wouldn't be proud of this at all!

The Atmosphere itself was good for dining with friends and family. The service is not bad they provided us with dates too during the Ramadan 👍but my experience with the rice I had is no soo good.

Everything was perfect except the Pepsi which came with the order. It was not cold enough. Had to ask for a replacement.

Worst place when compare to other KFC. Went at 7 pm waiting untill for one hour to get the order. And the staff also really bad and Careless. Dissapointed lot. Therefore Take an action.

The worst ever experience i've had... I went wth my kid...i orderd large biriyani and zinger meal... They gavre the cheepest bun with tiny chicken piece....its seems smaller than our bakery buns...and the biriyani rice was not cooked properly aftr cmng home my kid was suffered by tummy pain...and the chicken piece they kept looked like an stick....too tiny and not fresh....costumer service was too bad...really disapointed..grow up guys everyone is paying their mny to gt good things to eat though...dont cheat people..😡

The Food is really yummy we ordered Spicy Sawan Rice,fries,wings and Pepsi we enjoyed the food and atmosphere also very nice good place for family and friends too.

I bought four family meals today. It's a combination since the rice is very hard and cannot be heated like roasted rice. They appear to be utilizing low-quality rice.Only 4 pieces of fried chicken may be heated in this package; the rest of the contents are not up to quality.The person accepting orders at the counter does not speak any other languages, therefore ordering outside of the country is difficult.

This KFC situated at Kandy- Nuwara eliya Road with a best parking facility. You can get the services and the quality foods same like in other branches in bigger cities. There is a food city next to KFC, so you can finish your shoppinh while you are waiting for your order. Good customer service.

They have a good parking space. And the inside the restaurant is also pleasant. The service and the food were average. The rice what they use is not Basmathi / it's the sort variety but for the price we pay they need to maintain their quality. And the potion is not enough for a kid even. The chicken was not well cooked and not up to the stand. The staffs were very loudy. Normal restaurants are way nicer than this.

Ordered Sawan and soft drinks. The flavour of 7Up was bit different from the original flavour. Probably something wrong in the machine. Other than that everything was ok.

But they mention this Sawan + huge pepsi as an offer and gave a Sawan which is very different. Now KFC is even scamming people lol Quality is down now. Should transfer to Burger King instead lol

Food is always late. Yesterday I made an online order and waited for 2h and didn’t receive my order. When I called they said that they stopped delivering. They could’ve at least called me. And there’s always a huge waiting queue. Bad customer care. Some employees doesn’t even know to speak local language. Pls don’t waste your time here and just go to Pizza Hut

I’m not recommended there’s service normally I’m ordering more than 7 packed. And yesterday I have order zinger compo they have only 5 zinger chicken and the last 2 I have waited more than 1 hr, when I open the zinger compa set it’s totally different chicken and smallest size not for the money value. Even they were kept only 4 tomato sauce which for 7 zinger compo. Very disappointed. Not recommended the branch
