They had a small buffet for lunch. It was delicious. Can have the meal while enjoying the beautiful view. Service was really good. This is an ideal place to have tasty and filling meal at a low price.

It was a spontaneous decision to make a stop over and eat something before driving to the Ambuluwawa Tower. I am so happy I did. In short: Stunning view, great service and up to now the best (vegan) curries I had. Go for the buffet! Truly a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere :)

Such a charming local place. The food was delicious and the view made it even better! The couple that run the place were very sweet and helpful. Also, they speak fluent English!

They serve quality fresh meals for very reasonable prices. This place is very useful when you travel to Ambuluwawa temple coz there are no other restaurants nearby. The ambience is really good. You can enjoy the cool climate while having a hot ginger tea. They serve buffets. Also they have Fried Rice and Kottu at any time of the day. The owner and his wife are very pleasant and they served our hungry craving very quickly. They also have a toilet down the stairs. The only negative side is the lack of parking. You have to park the vehicle on a slope.
