Unlike
the
excellence
of
product
and
service
at
Jawatta
branch
the
Mount
Lavinia
branch
in
its
recent
opening
has
not
trained
staff
properly.
This
is
my
5th
visit
and
3
out
of
5
visits
have
been
poor.
Example
1)
I
order
a
short
Americano,
I
am
then
advised
there
is
no
short
Americano...I
said
why...he
said
no
short
cups...confused
I
then
said
why
not
just
out
it
in
a
larger
cup.
The
staff
member
then
eyes
wide
open
agrees
with
this
common
sense
approach.
Another
visit...frappe
and
sausage
roll....10mins
pass,
I
go
back
to
the
counter
hi
is
my
order
ready...no
it's
blending
sir...ok
so
I
patiently
go
back......a
further
10mins
pass
(no
exaggeration
as
I'm
checking
the
order
time
on
the
receipt)...I
go
back
to
counter
and
state
20mins
...where
is
my
order
what
is
the
issue...staff
member
looks
confused
and
then
looks
around
and
see
the
tray
with
my
order
and
says
it's
here
sir
I
will
bring
it...I
said
I'm
here
now
I
can
take
it...no
sorry,
no
apology
no
explanation....this
is
bad
customer
service
and
will
affect
your
mount
Lavinia
branch....train
your
staff
