The view and pool at this hotel was stunning, sounds of nature all around 😍 very tranquil, probably the most beautiful surroundings i hace ever stayed in. Hotel staff were super accommodating and lovely. Dinner and breakfast was good and plentiful :) Only major negative was the location, whilst it was nice to be in the middle of nowhere, this is also its downfall, the road to get to it is pretty horrendous! Our driver in his people carrier van was amazing to carry on, I worried for his vehicle! We were supposed to stay two nights here, but being on a busy schedule with heaps to visit and see, having to come back to the hotel on that road for a second night was just too much to make our driver do, which was a massive shame as we loved it here. The hotel cancelled our second night with no charge which was kind of them as they could quite easily have charged us for that too. This place is perfect if you want to get away in beautiful surroundings for a few days, and not leave the hotel. If you are busy visiting everything its not so convenient and pretty far from main kandy, at least 1 hour. Some feedback for small improvements for the hotel is to fix the minor things like broken toilet seat, exposed wiring, mount for tv on the wall but no tv there, we didn't have a room key as previous guests had taken it by accident (was not a problem for us as only staying one night but maybe for others) and maybe scoop some bugs out of the pool more often (I understand it is a jungle location so expect a few bugs!) Overall a super stay here, would definitely come back again (with a 4x4 lol) Thankyou to everyone who made our stay what it was :)

I went there with my wife on a motor bike, the road was little bit rough after kadugannawa but manageable. The proprietor Mr. Nalin guided us through the way and it's advisable to follow the way that he tells rather than the google map or you will end up in a very hard rough road like we did. πŸ˜… Mr. Chamara the care taker welcomed us with a blissfull greeting and his service and helpful attitude is very pleasant. The location was great and it is very relaxing. Food is tasty. Room is spacious and clean. Price is resonable. It's a perfect getaway location for a nature loving couples like ourselves.

Super place for friends gatherings. Nice view in the Swimming pool. I think the support staff is the Key value there. They are super friendly and very very helpful. Property owners are definitely very lucky to have such staff with them. They take care of every small thing. You can have BBQ dinner also. They will arrange with your request. They had a Karaoke system and we enjoyed it very much. IMPORTANT: Be careful when you follow the Google Map. It may lead to a very defecult route. Always follow the ' Rewarh maha vidyalaya or Siri Jayabodhi viharaya route.

We went there for a family day out. Had a warm welcome . Environment is very calm and beautiful. Lunch was fine. Pool is ok. Everything was goo. But the road is broken. Call the hotel before you go there. They will guide you.

Such an amazing place! We stayed there for one great night. The view from the hotel is unbelievable and all you can hear is the sound of birds! The service was amazing and the staff were very nice. We met the owner of the place who was very friendly and helpful. He took us to the sunset point, gave us a ride on checking out and arranged our transport. I cannot recommend this place more and I would give it 10/5! We would definitely come back to it. The time we spent there was an experience rather than only a stay.

Great place! The stuff was super friendly and always gave us more food when already finished. The view is extraordinary and the place itself as well. The owner was a very hospitable and friendly man who even showed us around in his estate and gave us a look around and guidance in his garden to explain plants and everything we were interested in. We would really love to come back! Thanks and keep going :)!!

Scenic view But little bit difficult to approach because of dilapidated road.

Everything was spot on. The owner and caretaker were really helpful and friendly. The road was a bit rough but manageable. When you get to the location, you won’t regret. The place and view were amazing. Indoor pools. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. And a big lobby area. The food was absolutely delicious. Felt like home. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Amazing rooms, and amazing villa. Service was truly good and they prepared really nice dinner and breakfast. Mind blowing views inside the tea estate. Just one drawback was there, the access road to the hotel was not good.Hotel staff provided us with transport to and from the hotel and even arranged a place for us to park our vehicle.

Personally the journey I had for this destination was a memorable one and it was a hella scary. All because I had a wrong turn and led to a road that even walking is not safe. It was a rainy day and an evening. I was with my 2 year old child and wife. If you accidentally took a wrong turn there will be no place to turn back! So keep that in your mind and always ask from villagers. Do not rely on Google maps. Beside the road, the place is a wonderful, cosy family friendly bungalow where you can have a comforting bath from the infinity pool facing a breathtaking mountain range. Since this was an old tea factory bungalow that has been renovated you can't expect five star amenities. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was clean. But the bedsheets were not clean enough for our liking since we stayed with our baby. The food is okay. Portion size was a bit of concern for our group. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. As a whole it was a good experience in the middle of nowhere. As a bunch of friends and family we had a good time.

This is a renovated old tea estate bungalow. The location was really awesome with a nice little infinity pool overlooking the mountains. There is a big garden in front where kids can play around. The living area of the bungalow is also roomy. Caretaker Chamara was very helpful and cooperative. Very peaceful surrounding and even better if you reserve the full bungalow to yourself. Rooms were clean, but as this is an old bungalow, don't expect the luxury of a star class hotel. Rooms are not tiled, but there is hot water in tiled attached bathrooms for all rooms. THINGS TO NOTE - If you are traveling in cars, be informed that the road leading up to the place is really narrow and broken in many places full of potholes. We managed to get there eventually but it was a very bumpy ride and all our cars had max two people, so it was relatively easier (Vitz, Passo, WagonR and Premio). But it is recommended to go in 4WD vehicles if possible. And do not follow the route given in google maps. Call them and get directions before you go. You should avoid the place if you are using buses or long vans. We stayed half board, but the meal portions were not enough for dinner. Its better if they can increase the portions. Food was not the best in the world but ok. Fairly worth for the price we paid when considering the view and the peacefulness.
