Such a lovely park to take a walk in the hottest hours of the day. So clean and well maintained. Plenty of shady spots and seating area. Also very suitable for toddlers and kids in general with the green open space and multiple playgrounds. Very romantic as well 😁

This aria opens recently. Small play aria for the kids. Games are limited. Its a safe place to kids. The play aria is cleaned and the quality play equipments. Entrance are free. Limited to kids of under 12 years. Can visit from morning to late afternoon. Its the crowed please during the afternoon time. However its worth to visit there with your kids.

Play area for kids less than 12 years, at the edge of Diyawanna Lake. Secured with a fence and you don't need to worry much. Place is well maintained and kids can involve with almost all kind of activities. Waters Edge ice cream cart close by and you and your kids can enjoy them. Not expensive. Weekdays evening is the best time. During the weekend place is fully packed with kids.

very crowded place on weekends. Many play equipment was available and kids seemed to be enjoying themselves a lot. Lots of open spaces as well. Seating units available in regular intervals and could see available ones even on a busy day like today. There is an exercise path which goes through the play area, but you are not allowed to walk on that path unless you are exercising. There is security guard just to monitor that.

This is an excellent destination for a family visit, with a wide variety of play items available for kids. The prohibition of food creates a clean and pleasant environment. Moreover, there are shaded areas to sit under the train, making the morning a preferable time to visit over the evening.

I think it best play area for kids available in Colombo. A total full package of play area, nature, lake, food court, plant shop. A great place to spend your evening with your kids (less than 12 will enjoy than others). Boat available to go to other side of the lake and visit train area with another small amusement park. My favorite place to visit frequently with my family and kids.

Ideal place for kids. There are several places for kids to play under their parents supervision. Food and drinks not allowed except for infants. There is a boat service in between park and train restaurant.

Great. There is two way, to reach park. Left side path is far it will take 15 min if you choose right side path it will take only 5 min

Great place for kids. Very spacious and has so many options for kids. There is plenty of room for adults too. Very clean. Easy access from.public transport and also has ample parking space. This place has a cafeteria with good food too.

A relatively larger, compared to other public playgrounds, and well equipped play area with nice breeze from the lake. Open for children below 12 and generally crowded on weekends. However on weekdays you can basically have the place to yourself. Note for parents: as most of the equipments need renovation, please be mindful of the broken and out of order parts of the playground, in most cases they haven't marked them as out of bound.

This is the children's playing area at Diyatha Uyana. There are several playing items fo childrens. The children who are under age 12 only can play here. As well as there are benches can use for the elders of children to sit and wait for until children are playing.
