Very Sorry to tell that ur trip will be ruined if u book through batman travels. Lohit, Neon Rai and other Gundas of their office are well planned to loot customers. 1. Not so good vehicles. 2. Sub standard rooms in lachen, 1 toilet for a group of 6, no breakfast. 3. Lachung hotel ( Where we stayed) did not provide Roti, Chicken, egg, pickle, papad & Milk. ( only rice, bindi fry & Dal) 4. Driver was a drunkard. i myself had to drive from lachen to lachung inspite of not having Yellow board / commercial driving license. in ghats, rain, fog & poor visibility night conditions (imagine other customers plight). 5. Extort money, will ask for more money than what is spoken and will ask driver to stop car in mid way and extort or throw them out of car , happened 2 times. will report to sikkim govt also. Very little positives.

My experience was awesome. We had taken North Sikkim tour package in which we covered Lachen and Lachung(2N-3D). We were a group of 5 people. We got good hotel and food at both Lachen and Lachung. Our driver Mr. Ramesh was very skilled and friendly, He didn't put us to any kind of trouble. We enjoyed every bit of our trip. It wouldn't be that smooth without BATMAN TOURS AND TRAVELS. They were not able to book the hotels in North Sikkim properly. Hotel provided in Lachen was good, but a different hotel was provided in Lachung using Annex mode(HOTEL SONAM INN) which was filthy did not have single mobile charging point. At the time of booking they showed some hotel room pictures in whatsapp which was entirely different than the actual Lachung hotel. Lachen hotel was good. Breakfast was not provided in Lachen, although they mentioned that this will be provided during the time of booking. NOTE 1 FOR TOURISTS : When booking for North Sikkim tour, confirm the hotel name that they will provide in Lachen and Lachung. Ask them to share the hotels photo with name with you in whatsapp. And ask them to write the hotel name of both Lachen and Lachung in the actual receipt/bill. If they CAN do all this, then only proceed with the booking. NOTE 2 FOR TOURISTS : They might not be able to provide the SPECIFIC CAR you opted for stating huge rush. But they will call and inform you in that case, but that will be on the previous day of the journey at night. Example : Xylo instead of Innova.

Not so good experience. We booked north sikkim tour with them, where the timing was given 10.30am at vajra, but car came at 2pm. And that is also after calling sikkim tourism helpline. Hotel at Lachen was ok but food was not good. Hot at Lachung was so bad, no electricity, no food, no water provided by the hotel, we literally starved at Lachung. Only good thing was the "driver".

I want to recommend warmly about this travel agency. I booked through them two Trips: to tsomgo lake and to zero point and it was very good. The staff is friendly and professional,  and they Speak good english. Due to weather conditions i had to change my plans and reschedule my flight to delhi. I had a problem with my Credit card and they helped me very patiently to solve it. bottom line: this is your travel agency in gangtok! Few words for hebrew readers: החבר'ה האלה באמת בסדר.

I had a great experience with Batman Travels. Lohit was always one call away for any assistance needed through out the trip. I took Changu Baba Mandir and Nathula trip + North Sikkim on sharing package and it was completely satisfactory service. There were some unexpected problem in the journey to the North Sikkim but Lohit was always one call away and helped in sorting out things.

Absolutely absurd behaviour and one will notice in other reviews as well about their behaviour . The owner person has no manner on how to behave with a lady . Messed up my itinerary and then gives threat . Expensive as Well . Please avoid much better tour operators are there . They take no responsibility of what so ever .

False hopes!! promised a vehicle for 6 and there were 9. There is no going back on the D-day. Don't get lured by sales tactics of agent.

Booked a shared tour for Changu and Nathu la. Hands down the worst experience as a tourist ever. Reply to your question: 1) The person who gave us details of the car and driver was very rude. She continuously rejected my calls before finally picking up and shouting at me, and then cutting the call midway. 2) We reached on time(i.e. 08:00 am), but the tour didn't begin until 09:45 am. We didn't have breakfast, as the driver had said on our arrival that we would leave soon, so there was no time. 3) We were late solely because our driver was too lazy to get the car parked behind us removed 4) Batman tours and travels had no further responsibility and we had to deal with these issues ourselves 5) Due to frequent stoppages by the driver and the initial lateness, we didn't get to visit Baba mandir, which was a part of the package. We covered only Changu and Nathu la.

I travelled to Sikkim from 16th June to 20th June. All four days were very well planned by Batman Tours. Loved every bit of their service. Both Jia and Rewaz are very helpful and welcoming! Thank you so much for making our trip successful… Highly recommended. :)

The best travel agency of Gangtok. They’re the humblest, most helpful. They always ensure the travellers safety & comfort. I’ll definitely suggest all of you to meet them at least for once before booking any trip from gangtok e.g. Lachung.

You get good deals here. Their services are nice. However, apart from the tour cost you might need to pay some extra cash to the driver for parking fees and others.

This man is one of the most humble person I have ever meet. Traveling in India as a Bangladeshi is so difficult specially due to belligerent nature of majority West Bengali hotel operators and taxi drivers. But this agency made our movement so much easier and smooth. You can count on them if you are visiting Gangtok.

They are expensive as compared to the other travel agents also one will notice in all the reviews about the behaviour being negative - they provide no add on for that extra they charge (wisdom - Desire are small shops on MG charge much less) - once they take the booking it’s transferred to the main operator in Vajra stop who permutes to fit everyone from diff travel agent ( batman has no responsibility from here on )- people are stuffed 10-12 people in one bolero where one has paid ₹2300 from a hotel agent and someone has paid ₹4000(batman).If u refuse to get in they will say permit is made no refunds. The agents do not give an option once booking is done. I would suggest try other local travel agents .

The travel agency is really good and offer tour packages at really good price other than any other agencies in sikkim. They are well responsive and tries to offer great experience.

Extremely unprofessional and non sense behaviour by the staff. Especially the owner who calls himself ‘PROFESSIONAL’. Book this agency if you want to ruin your vaccation. Worst experience of our Sikkim trip that left extrememly bad taste. We booked the entire cab for the two of us. The person at the shop (MG road) with whom we booked our Lachen/Lachung trip did not pick up the call on the day we were suppose to leave. The no. of the driver that was given was either unreachable / did not pick up the call. Owner is an extremely rude and does not know how to speak to customers. After calling several times we were finally able to start our journey 2.5 hours late. Later we came to know that this tour agency had not booked any cab and after we started calling them then they started looking for drivers. And yeah they expect you to check out of the hotel and reach public taxi stand at given time and then give a shout out to all the drivers there to find out which belong to BATMAN TOURS. All the best to the travellers who will book this agency. Piece of advice - Do not pay the entire amount to the agency upfront. Do keep some amout pending.

Hands down if you are travelling to Sikkim, Batman tours and travels is the place. Lohit, I am short of adjective to define you brother. I reached Gangtok weary and stressed on how to manage things, reached out to Batman tours and travels, I was provided with the best service I could expect , from hotels bookings to cars and permits. The drivers and staffs are very cooperative and warm hearted people. Batman tours and travels thank you for making me feel at home away from home.
