Hotel is 2kms away from Mall road in the busy city centre. Traffic is always too much and commuting on 4 wheel vehicle could be painful. Finding Parking in sikkim can also be problem for cars. Coming back to hotel, it has Good Clean rooms. Room size is great and comfortable. Food is average but here are lots of café and restaurants nearby. Breakfast served is average Overall good

Hotel maintained hygiene and room was properly cleaned. Food was delicious. Staff was courteous and very helpful, specially Anjana. One big minus point, bathroom was stinking sometimes.

Pros-1)The suite room was big enough space for the two of us. 2)The bed was comfortable and the hotel was located in a quieter area due to which we had a good night sleep Cons-1) The service needs to be improved.For eg in our case they came for cleaning every day but they did not check to reload the shower gel in the bathroom ,due to this issue we had to contact the reception in the middle of taking the bath after we found out that it was empty. 2)The hotel disallows outside food but if they want us to be self sufficient with the hotel restaurant then they really need to add menu items. Overall it was an ok stay with some improvements needed.

Great suite room with awesome view. It had both AC and room heater(on demand). Bathroom settings are a bit outdated. Service is good. It's 2kms before MG market. One big disappointment was food taste and prices. Food wasn't great and expensive at the same time. Even bigger scam was charging 18% tax on food bill(instead of 5% as per govt. rule). That's probably the reason they do not allow outside food in room and do not provide ordered food bill instantly for verification. I didn't have time during check-out to complain further on the tax amount. With respect to food and bill this place is totally not recommended.

Ronimit receptionist services were up to the mark and their room services were also really good. We enjoyed our stay at this place and like to visit again.

Overall a perfect place to stay comfortably. The staff is obliging and food is good. Stating here during crisis timing, I never realised that there is some problem outside. Manager of property Mr. Srivastava takes personal care of all the guests. Would like to stay here, if visit the city again.

Spacious rooms, cleanliness and hygiene maintained, excellent service, friendly staff and they also have 2 restaurants in the hotel. The breakfast could be better with more options but overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I visit Gangtok. There is a Gurudwara at walking distance from the hotel.

Hmmm it's quite good as they are providing the services here in Gangtok. It's Favourable for tourists and the official personals too, here I'd like to mention that if you are from both the categories it can one of the good option for making your stay here. But or in else condition they can broke your heart by saying some cute words with cute smiles. Overall it is good experience of mine here as I felt. B'cz what the things we were expecting, we get here.

Gorgeous views from rooms. All amenities are well maintained. I was lucky to visit at off season time and got great deal. Cleanliness is top notch. Staff if amazing and supportive. Special mention to Ms. Pema: Reception lady : She was well connected to us before the arrival and communicated amazingly. ....... Almost all Summit properties are well managed I think but this was best of all I visited this week.

Suite rooms are spacious. Interior and amenities are satisfactory. Valley views are good. No fan is available in the room. There are a few problems like window handles were broken, One of the lights infront of the mirror was not working. The cleanliness of the washroom could be way better. There is no exhaust fan in the washroom. Foods were little expensive and average in taste. Menu options are also limited. Location is 2 km from M.G Marg. But easily accessible by share taxi just from the main gate of the hotel. Overall a good deal. But the property needs to be maintained well.

Great atmosphere throughout the hotel Room is very spacious and comfortable bed. Other stuff at the reception are also very welcoming and helpful. I have enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended. The place is awesome, staff is super polite. Not a good place for dining. And also nothing's nearby to eat so you have to go gangtok by taking a cab. Rooms are clean and spacious. Can't complaint anything

The Hotel is fantastic. Great location, good views and superb service. Staff is courteous and extremely cooperative. You feel really taken care of here and their willingness to help with a smiling face is really appreciated. The food situation is a little confusing at times, where some dishes are not available at certain times, but it's nothing major. Good size rooms, just off the road, this is a great place to stay. Only issue might be the distance from MG Marg (almost a 20-30 min walk) but a 30 Rs taxi can drop you to MG Marg in a jiffy.
