We checked in to this place and checked out on the same day. I’m sure these pictures can tell you more than I can put in words but Right from the room to the bed, everything was absolutely disgusting. We payed a good amount of money for each room only to see this in front of us. The staff was unfriendly and rude. We asked them to change the sheets and they just got us a worse set. It was a disappointing and an outright filthy mess. Would never recommend anyone to even step in here evenfor a min.

This is one of the best place to enjoy your Ganpatipule vacation. It is located next to main road. Ganesh temple & beach is less than 10 mins walk from here. The place offers different types of accommodation options. Manage by native people who are very helpful in every sense. One can experience Kokan hospitality here. The place surrounded by trees which gives pleasant atmosphere in every season. Small play area for children. Offers in room dining as well as Aswad restaurant in premises available for meals. I had visited the place 5 times in last 15 years and experience similar hospitality every time. Do experience during your next visit.

We came here to stay in late October. Well maintained, budget friendly (adjustment with late check-in and check-out), supportive staff with proper and friendly behaviour, tasty food served in your room also having there own restaurant connected to the stay room(veg malvani must try and veg thaali), room service is good and rooms are clean. Nature friendly definitely and must visit place.

We went during off season, can't say if it's the same during peak season found it slow. Food was good , rooms are new and location convenient.

On our trip from Goa to Mumbai, this was really the best place the Indian west coast had to offer! Neat and clean, decorated with great taste and passion. It's a family business that also includes a very good restaurant, but the best of it all was the service, availability and constant will to help of both employees and owners. A memorable experience!

Good location. Ganapti pule temple and beach is at 1km walking distance. The other tourist attraction of "Prachin Kokan" and "Magic Garden" are at walking distance as well. Rooms and service are very average. The inhouse restaurant serves good food.

The place is quite expensive and not worth the price we paid for non ac room. Room service is terrible. Food arrives after more than hour after ordering. Same with their restaurant. But staff is good. Room was clean. It's a ground plus 2 floors but lift is not provided. Steps are narrow. Room door just ends at last step so my hubby just tripped while unlocking door. Food is quite expensive for the quantity and taste they offer. Pomfret was so small and tasteless in the thali. It's not a great place if you have children below 6y. My child did not eat as he did not get anything palatable.
