Took 10mins to order and an hour for the food to be served. But still the dish was amazing.

The place is very comfortable and customer service is excellent. One order is good for two people and coffee and tea are refillable. The food is very tasty. Just passed there for breakfast today and tables were really arranged properly to promote social distancing. They serve breakfast anytime of the day and when it comes to the menu, they have international choices that any customer would love to order. Oh and they have touchless hand sanitizer and Hi-Tech thermometer.

Casual dining. Eat in anytime within the two locations (main-garapan & Susupe) that are conveniently open 24 hrs. Great dishes ranging from Local favorites, Philippine, and American style meals. Serves a variety of breakfast, lunch & dinner options. Well known for their fried rice. They have a so many to choose from to include Corned beef fried rice, ground beef, spam, shrimp, etc.. They do have the menu available on their website of you're looking for takeout.

Came for a late dinner and it was so good. Food was great and tasty plus very big servings, family style for sure. Even late parking was very limited. Food was very well priced. Everything was made as it should be especially compared to other places I've been to.

Good food and great service. The seating reminds me of Bob Evans or an Eat N Park on the mainland. It's clean and bright. The menu is easy to read and not overwhelming like in some restaurants.

Now this place was outstanding and one of the best places I've ever eaten at in my life!!!!!! I ate here all week breakfast lunch and dinner on a hunch, and Google reviews. God blessed the hands that prepared food here because everything I ate was superior, clean tasty and only experienced old fashion cooks can produce. Godbless your employees and the proof is in the pudding..........love you guys forever. In samoan we say fa'afetai lava and fa soi'fua.thank you and good bye 👋 😪

We went here two days in a row and we like the food specially the steak and the beef bone marrow soup here. I would recommend the soup can be less salty since it is better to add salt by customers. Staff was very friendly and great local atmosphere. We will come back again once we visit Saipan.

Two breakfast takeouts and one dinner dine in. Pancakes and cheese omelets are good, fried chicken was uncooked in the center; went for adobo but it wasnt good, left almost all of it uneaten.

Food tasted horrible, plates were dirty, slow service, rude employees, especially Mae and Vanessa, who were the waitresses when I was there. They do not cater to people with food allergies. I WOULD NOT EAT HERE AGAIN. What more do I have to say about this UNSATISFACTORY restaurant?

Shirley’s on Saipan is different from the locations on Guam. The menu has more in regards to Filipino food. The best thing is that they are open 24 hours a day. A great place to go after 11 pm. Almost all of the other restaurants are closed by 10 pm. The right amount of food. Downside is the place can be a little noisy.

Open 24 hours. Fast service. Large portions. Entrees are big enough to share between 2 to 3 people. Filipino comfort food. Ordered the Lechon Kawhali with Spicy Spam fried rice. Delicious.

Good food, good service. We stayed a bit long chatting and I think the manager did not like that. Waffle and refillable iced tea recommended.

Called restaurant to see what hours were, person on phone said they close at 10pm, my wife are visiting from Guam and when we arrived at 9:20pm we were refused service and the girl said dine in is closed we can order to go and they have to get off at 10pm, never been to a restaurant that refuses anyone at 9:20pm not even the Shirley’s in Guam would refuse anyone cause of time constraint. When I get back to Guam gonna have a chat with owner Richard Lai about his Shirley’s Garapan

Not a terrible spot but a few key points. The omlet was a good size, took up half of the plate. The stuffing of the omlet was almost overwhelming the amount of egg but if you prefer more stuffing, it is good (Shirley Special). They were very accommodating and substituted the ham and bacon for chicken. The chicken and mushroom omlet seemed to have the right amount of egg and stuffing. The hash brown was very disappointing. I wish I would have taken a picture of it, but it looked identical to a McDonald's 0.99 cent hash brown but cost 4.50. The coffee and tea were great and our server was kind, but they seemed to be a little short staffed since we didn't see much of him after the food delivery. Overall not a bad spot for Garapan.

Outstanding food and service. Excellent cleanliness and sanitation. A definite go to place for a good meal at a reasonable price

Shirley's has some of the best food on Saipan. Their pancit is amazing and other menu items are delicious with hot off the grill temperatures.
