Probably one of the best Games Village accommodation in the history of the Pacific Mini Games. This resort only opened up to cater for us after it was hit hard by COVID mostly due to the lack of tourism. Best front desk service, great food, rooms serviced regularly and staff who literally waited on us hand and foot. Highly recommend if ever you visit the Commonwealth Northern Mariana Island.

used to be the oldest hotel in saipan, renovated in 2015 had three night stay and here are ups and downs of this resort + perfect location five minute walk to mcdonald's three minute walk to 'i love saipan' less than a minute walk to DFS galleria, joeten hafa adai mall, abc stores 15-20 minutes to laolao bay c.c / coral ocean c.c by car + free wifi (quite unstable tho) + spacious room with ocean view + friendly staffs + easy beach access + late check out compared to other hotels and resorts in saipan (1pm) - breakfast buffet lacks variety - facility opening hours are too short ex. gym / pool 10am - 5pm, convenience store 8am - 1pm - moldy showers - free water only upon check in, gotta pay 1.5 bucks for each bottle during stay - quite dark room lighting - not enough number of staffs (probably due to covid)

Lunch at the Dolphin Room was pretty good but the real attraction is the view. It was a bit hot but the staff was helpful with plenty of cold refreshments and a fan of you need it. Go for the food stay for the view. Get there early so you can get a window table!

Never stayed in the rooms so can't rate for that. The Dolphins Cafe at the top of the hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean. The evening dance show is a delight as well.

The place is worn down the rooms are dirty and the beds and pillows need definite improvement. The staff are nice and helpful The place has a rustic feel. But for the price it's definitely not worth it.

I can't comment on their rooms because I haven't actually stay there. But I have had meals at their Dolphin Restaurant which has awesome views. That menu is limited with few Japanese fare. Other restaurants in the hotel have a lot more varied options. Hotel has the advantage of being in a central location.

It’s located right at the centre. Close to almost everything. 5mins walk to the Casino and 1min walk to the supermarket. Hotel itself is very old in a Japanese style (meaning small toilet) Balcony offers good view as it is located right next to the beach.
