    UPDATE: Please don't ask me why I tried this place again after my last review. I guess there's always a time when you don't have a bunch of options. But this time there was a string of HAIR IN THE FOOD. That, my careless, good for nothing fast food workers, is where I draw the line. I'm glad I bit at the angle I did and saw it sticking out from between the patties. I spit out what I bit and threw the rest away. I won't be visiting your establishment ever again and highly recommend anyone considering doing so to opt for some better choices. 3rd update on this review; all bad. Too much playing and recreation going on when you should be getting people their overly high priced food in at least a somewhat efficient manner and without heath hazards. I ordered this on the app, so it was ready pretty fast, but clearly for all the wrong reasons. The drive thru line was around the building like always and their staff can't handle high volume business. Pics included. Zoom in if you need to. Negative 80 stars!!!!

    The way the parking lot is designed its accidents waiting to happen poor design always long lines as to other McDonald's were closed nearby. Sweet tea ice cream cones or Sundays are never available wait time is super long workers are rude

    I work the night shift and I'm always bummed when I get off work that all food places are closed, Not this one! There drive through is 24 hours, I believe because there always open! Down side it took a minute or 10, and 🍟 were a little too well done for my liking, as well as no salt on them but I'm gonna chalk that up to God looking out for my high blood pressure. All n all glad they're there.

    Ordered thru the app, like normal I clicked I was there so my husband could just go pick it up. He got there and the so called manager got into an argument with him that there was no possible way you could do that and refused to give him the food, on top of employees dropping the f word and being unprofessional in the back where customers could hear. She finally relented and gave him the food. Definitely not a location I’ll be back to ever again.

    The General Manager is rude and a moron. Was too lazy to find my order and then told me if my wifes phones wasnt in the geo fence that it woildnt go through. Tried to tell her we've don this 50 times and she said not possible. Whole time you hear the team using mass amounts of profanity in the kitchen. By this point i wanted to talk to her boss because im sure she didnt know that her employees are using profanity and arguing with customers. She told me that couldnt give me that info and i told her i wanted the franchise offices number not peraonal cell phones. Whole time the other idiot in pink shirt is telling me i have to give them my info and they'll pass it on. The GM thought it was appropriate to throw a McDonalds bag at me and say heres your number. The guy upfront manning the register was absolutely awesome and you should look into putting him in a leadership position instead of the GM who absolutely hates her job and it oozes out of her.

    Order 60 dollars worth of food for them to mess up most of it I’m allergic to pickles and they did exactly what you think they did I also wanted extra sauce I also ordered sauces for nuggets that they forgot to put in they serve old fries all the food is disgusting I won’t ever come back

    The wait time here is ridiculous. The workers here are too busy talking and rushing you through an order to let you actually order. The only person with an ounce of customer service was the one collecting payment . When someone is courteous , it’s bare minimum to return the courtesy . Get rid of the person taking the orders , whoever’s making the food and definitely the person with the bad attitude handing it out. I’m not sure who owns this franchise but please DO better.

    Employees don't great you they are short with u. When u try to be polite and tell them to have a great day you get nothing back. Not even you also. They are slow, no motivation to move. You wait way to long for service. Horrible management. They have handed me food 3 times that they handed out to other people and don't see an issue in why I wouldn't want other cars touching my food.

    Kris Brooks was hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever had. We had a stellar late night experience at the drive through, and I just have to give him some love. Seriously, it was the best conversation and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

    Alberto was such a great guy. Even though he was extremely busy he found the time to be generous to some disabled women. Very patient and polite.. recommend while he's there. Thanks Alberto you did outstanding

    Went at about 7:30 pm. Only one person in front of me. They still took about 25 minutes to give me my food. They did not put salt on the fries!!! That's why I go to McDonald's to get salty fries, lol!!! I asked and was told, they only do that sometimes. 😆

    So so experience. Slow service and the fries were unsalted, greasy, double cooked, some deep brown and totally dried out, and barely warm. My customized QPwC was as ordered but merely mildly warm making me conclude it wasn't cooked fresh when ordered as advertised. In typical fashion, app orders placed through their app are treated like Doordash and stickered up to the hilt which I personally find very annoying. App orders do not need the added stickers, staples, and inconveniences. Quality of service, food, and deals via the app are lacking as this experience demonstrated. Fries should never be cooked more than once, food should be properly prepared and seasoned, cooked food should be hot, but this location like most failed on all counts. It wasn't horrible, but wasn't good and rarely seems to be anymore. For the prices charged, consumers deserve better.
