Way better than any over priced breakfast joint. I've never had a bad meal from Shari's. Waitress was excellent she knew what we needed before we needed it! Tip them good always.

The eggs were raw and the silverware was nasty, our server told us when we told her what was going on that "its too late for that". Server was genuinely rude. Never coming here again genuinely feel sick leaving this establishment today. As someone in the service industry myself the way our server handled today was not okay, hella attitude for no reason.

So my best friend and I went to Shari's for our monthly brunch date today,I got the sampler plate(chips, quesadilla and three chicken strips)well it sucked!!!! First off the plate looked like it had been thrown together......the chips took over the plate,three measly quesadillas with hardly anything in them(a tad bit of cheese,if that), the chicken strips were very dry and had deep cut marks in each one and three little tiny dipping cups with sauce in them!!!And to top it off I paid $16.49 for this food and it sucked!!!!! And it also said on the menu that it serves 4,what a joke it barely fed me if that...... My friends food look ten times better than mine,she got a spring omelet with stuffed hash browns but when asked for a too go box they brought her these little tiny clear containers to put her food in,she ended up using three instead of one like they put the to go orders in which is ridiculous...... Needless to say it will be a long time before we dare venture back in to your establishment!!!!!!!

Wasn't busy but the server was forgetful, but we were a larger party. Forgot my toddler's eggs and some other food. then waitress brought the eggs out after telling the cook over medium not scrambled like we ordered. The cook took the same eggs and threw them back on to cook "scrambled" and then charged us for the extra eggs cooked? The waitress did try to make up for it but that's still not ok practice. Then at checkout we said we're military and the waitress asked how many men were at the table. I'm a woman and am military and told her that but she still only discounted the number of men at our table. So I guess my service is nothing if I'm a woman, and my husband's dependants also don't count. I left beyond angry and never want to go back.

My family and I went to sharis for Thanksgiving like we have for several years. This year it took them awhile to even get our drink order, then awhile to get our drinks, as well as for the waitress to get our food order. The biggest thing we were very dissatisfied was when we got our food all of it was ice cold. The Mac and cheese my daughter got was rubbery because it was super cold. We were not happy. On our way out we told a waitress and she said they have had several complaints about that all day and that she would tell the manager. Needless to say we won't be back to this Sharis

The waitress was friendly kept apologizing because our food took over a half an hour to get but tried to accommodate us. The food .....the broccoli casserole tasted soured, and the mac and cheese was cold the fruit bowl the grapes were sour the honey dew mushy the cantaloupe hard enough my fork wouldn't go in it. The chicken fried steak was. Pretty crispy on the edges but otherwise ok was surprised at how little was on the plates for the meals. We won't be back.

Shari's is comfort food at its best! The cinnamon roll french toast was so good! Everything (scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage) was cooked to my liking. The brioche french toast was awesome to according to the person I dined with. Good quality ingredients and the service was wonderful!

Honestly don't know where to begin. But scared to go back. Lmao. I know the lady Rita tried making it right. Though 100% I would not even recommend anyone to go through the experience my companion and I had. Went in before six thirty and left right at 8pm. Waited almost an hour. Lady came near and asked if anyone needed orders taken. Couple next to us spoke they needed a straw & we spoke that we haven't at all. Went to get them a straw and never came back. Until another 20 min or so. Finally ready to take our order & she took a chair and sat down & joked but also SPOKE about personal and inappropriate things. All I wanted was the half sandwich & soup for my companion and I. She stated they had no potato soup that we requested. So I asked for the half ham sandwich & chicken noodle. Companion asked for the full ham & 4 cheese meal with fries. Was nice and gave us free pie while waiting. While waiting for the food gave us the receipt. And saw she got the order wrong. And had it add w/ salad. Ok no biggy can correct when she come by. When came by served us the food and left. She ended up giving my companion half sandwich and the fries. My order was at least right. Which originally we wanted to just keep things simple. Nother ever was with this lady! Finally came back around and told her she got his order wrong and he needed full sandwich. She ended up saying I SHOULD GIVE him MY half sandwich! I first took it as a joke. She left with my understanding she would bring him other half. Nope never did. But the reason for my two star is I think she "tried" to fix her goof. But her attitude overall was not professional at all. As we were just ready to leave... we waited so long and wasted so much time already she was nice and actually served us potato soup. And said she won't charge us that and the drinks. But still this felt like my time was sucked & my companion and I both felt uneasy and shaken over what has already happened. Turns out the soup was cold and asked for a to- go. In hopes the gentleman would check us out instead. But she came up. Again, even more anxiety... Also never gave refills. The time was just 🐂💩Won't be back.
