Beaumont Urgent Care is clean and the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The appoint system is a game changer in urgent care, they get you in and out quickly and efficiently

They were very nice and professional - didn’t have to wait long at all. When the doc came in and I told her I had just lost my brother 1 week ago, before she did her exam she said “first let me give you a hug!”

Wait time was fast to see the doctor. Staff was friendly & helpful. The Doctor I saw was great she really took the time to listen to me as to what was going on. I was feeling better by the next day

Upon my arrival, the receptionist was very helpful, and sweet.. the nurse was very kind & Dr. Dan was so very compassionate and sympathetic to my symptoms. I will definitely go back to this urgent care and refer them to my friends and family!

Workers are rude and act like you’re not there. All on their phones at their desks while I sat in the waiting room (I was the only patient in there). Asked for a covid test and strep test and got just the strep test and felt rushed out. Go to the Dearborn location on Michigan Ave for better care to be taken of you.

I had a excellent experience. I went in for a tooth infection that was causing me unbearable pain. The staff there was incredibly helpful and nice. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I made an appt (within an hour of the time I logged in) I was able to check in on line. My appt was for 530 and I was called back at 530. The dr and nurse were very pleasant, and the dr even came back to answer a couple queations I forgot to ask when she was in the room with me. I highly recommend BTW, I feel tons better today, thanks to them!!!
