Over 40 minutes in drive thru. Tried to pass off mcdouble burgers as a double quarter pounder. When got corrected burger took a bite and 1 of the patties was barely half cooked. Had to ask 3 times for my receipt. Got the drinks wrong. Got the happy meals wrong. And by the time finally got out with the undercooked burger everything else was cold and soggy. Running 1 window. Edit: my daughters chicken sandwich was still half frozen in the center.

Went to McDonald’s and ordered a number 7 they up charged me to a large did not say anything when I got my fries this is what they gave me. So they are up charge and still give you a small to a medium in a large box $11.26 so not worth it

Food was OK but order was wrong. Ordered Egg McMuffin and Sausage McMuffin. Got Sausage McMuffin and Sausage Biscuit. Wife had to go inside and reorder Egg McMuffin. She tried to pay but they didn't have change for a $20 bill. She had to come back outside to get $4, then go back inside to pay. Nice, friendly people, they just need some leadership and organization.

DONT DO IT! Go to literally any other McDonalds. This one sucks big time. And their mobile ordering NEVER works anymore. I will NEVER BOTHER trying to get food here ever again. Just knock this building down and make room for someone interested in actually serving the community.

Update: Do not order through the mobile app because this location will not get it! this has been an ongoing issue for the past month or so! It is best to use the drive-thru or to go inside. This location needs an entire revamp especially when it comes to the employees (Morning crew is excellent if I come for breakfast) but the crew that has the teenagers working there needs to be revamped I've watched them disrespect their Managers use inappropriate language and even witnessed them talking to a customer all kind of way this is not how a business should be operating they also mess orders up and don't label customized items in especially if you don't want certain things on your food not to mention the wait times because they're understaffed in the evening time customers have also gotten irritated with staff due to them horsing around in the kitchen and have even asked why haven't they cooked their food sometimes whoever owns this location needs to really come and see what's going on with their employees

The staff is very rude. The place is clean but good luck getting anyone to take your order. The maintenance is more helpful than the rest of the crew.

No pickles on my big max, barely any lettuce and sauce, my mocha came out as practically an iced coffee with very little flavoring. Even had to sit and watch a kid struggle to make it then ask somebody if it was made right and they lied and said yes. SMH. Went back a month later and they did even worse.

WHY do yall shut down your grill 40min before close!!!!!! You serve burgers for f sakes!!!! This happens all the time or yall will just close completely 30 min early. Worst fast food company to ever exist.
