The wait time is horrible!!! 30 mins for one coffee, really?

It's insane how there's one person working all the time regardless of the day and the wait more than 30 mins for a drink. I'm sorry, but you guys definitely need to get at least 2 people working!!! I give up buying coffee here! It takes me longer to order and pay for a coffee than getting my shopping done!!!

Says it's open but it doesn't open til 9 or 9:30 am I was told. Very disappointing since I arrived at 8ish.

They are out of almost everything - all 3 of my food choices, about half of the syrups, no toppings, and for refrigerated items there were only three boxes. It's 10:30 on a Wednesday. I get supply chain issues and being out of things, this is by far worst I've ever seen. But workers were very nice

The Godfather Chai was super yummy. I ordered with decaf shot of espresso because caffeine only makes me more cray than I already am.

The triple espresso I ordered was made very well. 5 stars when tables and chairs go back up.

Great service and lots of space to sit down to enjoy a drink.

It is 8. The store is not open. There is no reason provided other than the employees are not here. Kindly explain to me how this is going on?
