The food is always hot and fresh. We always get great customer service. They even gave us a free sundae for a longer than usual wait. Best fries ever. ❤️🍟

What a good night ice cream snack! The ice cream cones were great. Prices were right! Service was awesome. It was a drive-thru order, quick, fast, convenient, and can't complain there.

Brand new location so unlike other locations the grease wasn’t old. American Cheeseburger is $1.49! Good coupons on app if ur broke, broke. Teenagers working counter & window were rude.

Hamburgers are decent sized for about two-and-a-half bucks, and the different flavor is a welcome break from what we're used to west of the Rockies. Ordering at the drive-thru was an interesting experience because it's done through interaction with an AI voice. At first I was taken aback, but the program wasn't stiff and mechanical, and it did a pretty good job of ironing out what I said I wanted.

So I gave this place 4 trys hoping for a better experience but NO! Expect 30-50 min wait times, cold food or incorrect food. And never offer anything for long wait times. If I want long wait times I'll go to in n out for better burger and half the time. Don't get me wrong Rally's is tasty when HOT. Go to the beach Blvd one instead.

Parm loaded fries were too salty! I should've known cheese bacon and parm would triple the saltiness of their seasoned fries. Best enjoyed dine-in otherwise they get soggy.

Prices are the best for chicken tenders. And they have pretty awesome ice cream too. And now they have fried mushrooms that are super good! I wish they gave u more per order... I really hope they don't end up raising their prices like everyone else has. That will be the end of the world for me.
