⭐POSITIVE BUNNY NEUTER EXPERIENCE!⭐ I took my 10 month old Holland Lop bunny to be neutered this past Monday! Reception was very friendly and answered all my questions! Rabbits are INCREDIBLY delicate creatures so my anxiety and worry were through the roof! The gentleman who took my bunny answered all my questions no problem post OP! I recieved instructions and pain medication for 3 days and my bunny rabbit is making a speedy recovery! It's been 3 days after the procedure and it appears everything is going incredibly well so far! The price was also unbeatable for those who are on a bit of a budget! Overall I am relieved it went well and my bunny is back home with me safe and healing! :)

This is the most careless animal hospital ever . My pet DIED because of their malpractice and carelessness. Please DO NOT Bring your pet here. They will not exam properly! My family is leafy with tears and sadness . I regret going to them so much

Got my 2 cats neutered here. I called around and they're the cheapest I could find. Cost me under 200 for both while others wanted that much for one. Cats are both doing great. My boys also got all their shots along with getting neutered for under $200. The staff was also very nice, definitely the best place to go to get your cats fixed.

Friendly staff, honest and straight forward with exam and diagnosis. Fair copays, won’t charge you for a bunch of unnecessary medications or procedures.

Brookhaven’s very own, Dayle Tamura, should not be allowed to practice. She has neglected her own horse who can’t stand and is cruelly suffering a terrible slow and painful death. This level of neglect, and coming from someone who swore an oath to protect animals, is unfathomable. If she won’t even take care of her own pet and will allow him to cruelly die in a manner that no animal should have to endure WHY would you ever trust her with your fur baby?!?!

The receptionist was awfully rude. I politely called to ask about their pricing, and I was surprised to hear him say that they don't offer a specific service because it is a waste of time for them. I didn't get his name, but I will be taking my dog elsewhere if that's the attitude they have towards their patients.

Staff are wonderful. Prices are very reasonable and vet is very caring and offers great advice for your furry friend.

Do not go here what so ever, I took my holland bunny there and they didn’t recommend any antibiotics for the hairballs in her, only thing the doc recommended was pineapple juice and it was the only thing we needed for treatment and she passed away.

I've been going here for years. I have been so grateful for the low-cost services they offer. I don't know what I would have done at times without this place. The staff I've encountered have been the same the entire time I've been going, and they are all friendly people who love animals so much. I genuinely appreciate Brookhaven and the people who work there.

Got our bunny neutered for $95 and he seems to have come out of the op like it didnt happen which is a great sign. Friendly and helpful staff. A reminder that they are usually heavily booked but if you call at 9am they may fit you in if there have been cancelations.

First time here. Went on a Saturday for walk-in. There was a long line, which I was told is not common. But the staff was super friendly and did a great job of getting everyone helped. Took my kitten for her first shot. It was only $16. Will take her back for a consultation and shots on the next visit.

Our two kittens had their first experience with a veterinarian. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and the doctor was fantastic. He showed affection to our kittens and was quick with the vaccinations so they did not miss a beat. We are happy to have found a friendly vet who will be able to treat our pets. Place is busy so best to make appointments.

I only called and they were very informative, cordial, pleasant and cheaper but I ended up going to a much closer place and only because it was closer and I ended up paying a lot more which I regret but I had time constraints with which to contend. I have every intention on revisiting this in the future.

Awesome customer service. I needed to spay my cat, and I got a last-minute spot for her. =) I am very happy with their service.

By appointment only. No walk-ins. Doctor is knowledgeable and down to the point. The way it should be. 10 stars for that. Staff is very nice and friendly to people and pets. Ten stars for that. BUTT, I paid for my pups claws to be clipped. Asked the receptionist to make sure before I paid. After that I sat there for about 30 minutes. Had to be somewhere else. Then staff starts bunching up at the counter and start whispering about what's he still doing here? I had to go and just walked out because I felt like the creepy guy that won't leave. Yeah, I might not return.

Office isn't new and shining as other offices, but staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my dogs in for urgent eye exam and steroid treatment for my other dog constant scratching during the summer time.

Always so sweet and loving with Mrs. Potts. Kristie on the phones and at the desk is super nice as well. We keep coming back. The care is great from the doctor. She takes the time to explain so I understand. She even remembered my dog after several months had gone by and we'd only been once or twice before. Great staff.

Great people, affordable! I rated them 5 stars back in 2019. 2022, I feel there has been a big change in every hospital, large corporations, etc. 2022 it is all about making money and less of taking care of people. This is my personal opinion.

I've been taking my 2 dogs to this place since 2009 and my experience has been great & consistent for the most part. The prices are very good, the service at check-in has been decent, and the wait times have been kind of long but severely so. The reason I'm knocking off 1 star is because Dr. Tamura, although she seems competent and very experienced, doesn't spend enough time talking to you about your pet & seems rushed for time. If you ask her questions, then she'll answer them, which is good, but she doesn't go into much detail after she has just finished examining my dog. So, you might want to do some reading in your own first and come with specific questions.

One of the most affordable pet care for teeth cleaning and pet care. All the sixties are really nice. The only down side is that you have to make appointment for teeth cleaning 6 months in advance.

I took my cats to have them operated on and the prices were very reasonable, what they charged me for 1 elsewhere I paid for 4, the lady at reception was very kind
