I like going on the app to check in but the experience I had when I was there was not good customer service. Waited almost an hour after one of the stylists took the customer that was there after me. SHE TOTALLY SKIPPED ME! Then when I mentioned I had been waiting almost an hour the male stylist corrected me! On top of all that the stylist that did my hair did not do a good job, she did a rush job. Never going back!

I have been going to great clips in Gardner, MA since it first opened, roughly 8< years ago and I have had a wonderful, thorough, and professional experience each and every time. In fact I openly ask for Nikki because she takes the time to make sure everything is done perfect. I will always go to this location to get a hair cut for the foreseeable future. P.S. As a veteran I full heartedly appreciate the discount the store offers.

Had the best hair cur of my life with Justin. He really saw my hairs waves and widow peaks. Most cuts are to harsh for my old face. He softened the cut, textured and did an amazing job!!! Also he was just fun to chat with... ThNk you Justin!!!!!!!

Had a problem because they didn't have a profile on me. Because I booked the appointment in my my boyfriend's name and they had no profile on me They almost didn't cut my hair. Lucky I had my boyfriend there with me and they said they would let it slide. It's getting bad when you have to give a profile to get your hair cut. Being judged by your hair style is bad enough I don't think it's anyone's business how much I weigh when I do it or my address. Name and ZIP code should be enough.

they messed me up I asked for a low taper and half an inch of the top i did not get a low taper and i got a inch and a half off the top and it is uneven now i look like my dog when he gets shaved

Great place, it's recommended you download and use their app to schedule your appointment. I had not and just walked in, they added me to their appointments for the day and had a 45 minute wait. So I ran some errands and then came back. Using the app you will know ahead of time when to be there so you don't need to wait for any lengthy time. I explained what I wanted for a cut, I was presented with a few suggestions and I took one of them and was pleased with the results. So I'll be coming back in a few months for a trim. :)

Started going to Great Clips when they opened in our city. Love the location, staffing there, pricing and check in online service. Friendly staff, very professional, great service ever. Love this hair salon, won't go anywhere else as long as they are in business. Would highly recommend this hair salon. The best part about this salon is they cut your hair just the way you like it, by notes that are written down on how they cut it the very first time. Never a bad hair cut! Love this place.

Good location was in and out quickly, checked in online and was greeted at the door quickly.

My husband brought my 5 yr old son to get his haircut at this location, and a child's cut is $12, $15 if you tip. The woman who cut his hair did a terrible job. We asked her to do a fade cut, she did a faux-hawk, but when we brought him home, and looked at his haircut in better light, we noticed tufts of hair all over his head longer than the rest of his hair (where it should have been the shortest). When my husband paid, he didn't tip her because she didn't give our son the haircut we discussed. She made sure to sigh loudly and sarcastically say "thanks" under her breath as she walked away without even completing the transaction with my husband. We brought him back to have them fix it, they refused to do so without charging another $12. Now I have to spend additional money at a different place just to get my son's hair fixed because GREAT clips isn't so great.

The staff is always very professional and polite with good service.
