This is NOT a 5-star hotel. It is very rustic. That being said, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. If you're someone looking for big city comfort, this isn't the place for you. However, if you're in Bryce just to hike, ride horses or ATV's and enjoy the outdoors, this is a great no frills place to get a good night's sleep.

Stayed in one of the cabins in the back. Came in late they were good about having our key cards available so that we could check in after 10:00. You can park right next to your cabin which was nice. The room was very large it had two queen beds and a small kitchenette. It included a hot plate a microwave,a mini fridge and a sink. I think they added the bathrooms to the cabin after the cabin was built. The floors don't seem to meet quite right. It was clean. The showers were hot. The breakfast in the morning was in the restaurant in the same area. They had eggs, hot cereal, and pancakes. We've been eating a lot of hotel breakfast the last couple of days and these were easily the best eggs because they were made in a real restaurant. The pancakes were also very good you could tell that they've been made on a griddle.

We stayed at Bryce Canyon Resort near Bryce Canyon National Park, we booked a cabin and it was nice to have our own little cabin, but it wasn't well maintained, nor did it feel clean, we actually did clean the surfaces we were going to use ourselves. all the chairs around the table were very dirty, the pots and pans looked very old, there was a scrubber for cleaning which was used and not new, dish soap can stay, but the scrubbers should change between each guest, but I do understand that would be a lot of waste. there is an area where you may wash your clothes and they also have an ice machine and a restroom in that room. you get vouchers for a free breakfast in a restaurant on the premises, you can just walk right in, no need to wait to be seated. I didn't interact much with the staff except for when checking in, the person at reception was on a video call or something similar, so it felt like i was intruding their personal space. the location is quiet, and dark, you can see stars here, there are a few options for eating nearby, and you can drive a little further to get even more options. very close to Bryce Canyon National Park, would stay here again.

Chose this place because the closer hotels to Bryce were booked. It's a little bit farther away, but still walking distance (20 minutes) to the shuttle - I did it both days I stayed. It's reasonably priced compared to the others. I'm not really sure why it's called a resort - it's pretty much a no frills hotel. It was a pretty good experience though. Clean spacious rooms, quiet, wicked friendly staff. The only thing that really sucked was the breakfast voucher they offered. It says it's open until 930 - I swung by at about 845 and no one was there.

We had our own little cabin just outside of Bryce, about a 10 minute drive. The cabin had a few dings in the walls and some chipped paint which was fine for the price. I would have given 5 stars but there was no hot water (none) when we went to shower before leaving. We only stayed one night. Also the cabins sit right next to a trailer park, a bit unsightly, but the view the other direction was beautiful mountains. I'd stay here again and recommended it, just be sure and check the hot water if you're staying in a cabin. Check in staff was friendly and the free continental breakfast was tasty, nice spread. They also have a restaurant and bar on site. Definitely worth the money if you want to stay near Bryce.

Positives: Very clean, warm, separated cabins, and comfortable beds. Negatives: Dated, crowded space, some lights didn't work, and the bathroom tub wouldn't drain quickly. However, it was good enough for our stay and kept us warm during an unexpected freeze. And the separated cabin was perfect for my noisy child.

It's a no thrills motel so don't expect anything lavish, but, the tiny little cabins had everything you need - hotplate, dishes, glassware, etc. We thought we were getting a regular room, but we got one of their "new cabins", which was positioned weirdly behind the restaurant and kind of in a trailer park. Even though it was newer, it still looked dated. And the heater in the room was quirky and tough to regulate the air (it was either too hot or too cold). Breakfast lasts until 9:30, but they stop refilling food about an hour prior to it closing (it's a limited buffet), so make sure you go early. The location was great, just outside Bryce Canyon National Park, and ultimately, it worked for what we needed - a place to rest/sleep after hitting the park all day.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Away from the busy center before entering Bryce Canyon. You can enjoy the activities the area has to offer and then stay at a quiet hotel. Bonus, you can park right next to your door for easy unloading. Rooms are large. The only thing missing from this hotel is EV charging. You can charge at the Ruby Inn just down the street, you do not need to be hotel guests. T:)

Other hotels were booked and was able to book a room here. It’s close to Bryce Canyon Park which was great. The rooms seemed pretty clean but seemed a little worn / need some updates. The staff checking in & out were friendly. The lights weren’t really bright. There were no usb outlets in my room. The outlet near the bed was covered by the long headboard. There was also a strong smell in the room which gave me a headache. Thankfully I had migraine medicine to help. Bed and pillows were comfortable & slept well . They do have heat in the room but hard to regulate it. Quiet. Received a breakfast voucher for the restaurant in the same parking lot. Ended up going a little late, had eggs and country potatoes & juice(tasted good) . Looked like there was coffee, a couple of juice options, cereal, toast in addition to eggs & potatoes. Wish there was some fruit but maybe I missed out. There is a resort fee that I didn’t notice at first ( looked on their site to see what it included which was breakfast, Wi-Fi, & a welcome bag?) definitely wasn’t worth what I paid. I booked another hotel for my second night.

Completely overpriced, I don't recommend! I stayed for 1 night. Room was tiny (approx 145 sqft incl bathroom). Heater did not work. Breakfast disappointing. Intranspatent prices. Room was offered for 129$ without tax. No mention of renewable energy surcharge and resort fee which was surprisingly added. Especially resort fee is just rediculous as it's just a simple motel and has nothing to do with a resort. The room would have been acceptable for lower price but we paid in total 161$... by far the worst deal we made in our 1 month USA Trip.

The location is great and very close to the Bryce Canyon park. The rooms are clean but standard. If you just want a bed and a nice location this is the place! The Pool is very cold and old but will do for a short swim. In the morning they serve a breakfast of standard sizes. If you want a great location and you don't need a fancy hotel this is the place for you!

The room was slightly better than tent camping, felt overpriced. Wow the rooms need some TLC. The shower curtain was grimy and smelly, the AC/heater was loud and hard to regulate the temperature. There were almost no power outlets accessible in the room, wish I had brought a power strip. Lighting was atrocious, either way to bright or off, the lighting fixtures had dimmers but the light bulbs were all different color temperates and not dimmable. It took me till night two to realize that was not a shadow on the wall, just halfway through painting. Bedspread was really worn. You can tell the property used to be really cute but needs some major maintenance. If you've ever seen the movie Spy, and she gets to that run down room and says, "Can this get any more murdery"...very similar vibe. On the plus side the on-site bar/grill was nice. And the staff was friendly on check in. Overall wish I had spent a little more for one of the nicer hotels closer to the park with more amenities. It was very convenient to get to Bryce Canyon.
