😠 I took my 12 year old daughter to Cleveland Clinic's Marymount Hospital after she was bit in the face by a dog. She had puncture wounds and a torn eyelid, her face was a bloody mess and she had to sit in the empty waiting room for 15 minutes and still not even have anyone talk to us or take her to... I took my 12 year old daughter to Cleveland Clinic's Marymount Hospital after she was bit in the face by a dog. She had puncture wounds and a torn eyelid, her face was a bloody mess and she had to sit in the empty waiting room for 15 minutes and still not even have anyone talk to us or take her to triage. We left and went to another hospital where because of her condition, was taken to a room as soon as she walked in. When I first walked in to Marymount, I was greeted by a metal detector, which that alone should have told me what kind of place that was. I filled out the form at the front desk and sat down in the vacant waiting room, but never seen or heard from anyone. 15 minutes could be the difference between living and dying in some situations, and for an emergency room, they should have at least took her to triage in that time. Had we not left, who knows how long it would have taken..... I'm not from the area, we were visiting family when the incident occurred, so I had just looked up the nearest hospital. I heard that Cleveland Clinic was good, but apparently they were too good to help. I ended up going to University Hospitals instead. They actually helped.

My fiancee use to go to Cleveland clinic. Marymount they where close. Across the street. She needed emergency care. Ambulance ride. Out our driveway into there's total distance from pick up from apt to hospital property 300 feet. Cost for ride over 800 dollars. We moved from garfield hts went to parma university hospital . Will never go back to Cleveland clinic. Cleveland clinic. No longer accepts care source. Just another reason to drop Cleveland clinic hospitals and doctors like a hot potato. University hospitals, doctors that where it is at. Cleveland clinic. Get a zero from my family. U H Parma 10++++++ .

My family received such wonderful care at this facility. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and concerned. I spoke to several doctors and professionals - every one of them took the time i needed to answer my questions and were clearly willing to answer more if or when i have them. I am grateful for everyone at this facility.

I was seen at Marymount ER almost immediately after arriving with lower right abdominal pain. Triage and imaging were done quickly, upon discovery of acute appendicitis I was brought up to the room where I was to recover after an appendectomy. Within roughly 2 hours of entering the facility I was being put under anesthesia to remove a gangrenous appendix. The swift care likely avoided further complications and possibly saved my life. I could not be more grateful for the care I received.

Forgot why I stopped going to this ER. Pushed the call button for nurse 4 times. Request was turned off by them and no one ever came into my room. Now I remember....

I was in Cleveland Clinic for extended mental health services and everything was fine till I was given a survey by administrations in front of patients and the working staff, the survey was about my experience here and honestly how do you answer that. So here is my honest opinion, privacy laws by outside sources seem to not matter and comments doctors made where not very appropriate as well as regrading my family. I guess if you are dying go there but anything else just find another hospital.

I come here for mammograms. Always a short wait, friendly staff and the location is convenient. For cyclists, there's a bicycle rack next to the ER entrance. There's also ample free parking for drivers.

Honestly I have nothing bad to say about my experience. Came in with kidney stone issues and all of the staff were professional and respectful.

Worse place EVER! They heavily sedated my father until he couldn’t walk and had horrible bed sores. He passed away within 3 days of being released . HORRIBLE facility… they only allow 1 family member in at a time . They don’t allow phones or jackets in there. They don’t want pictures as it’s unacceptable!

The nurses there are awesome, they are very professional, have a wonderful bedside manner, some go above and beyond the job, even some of the cleaning crew are very professional and go above and beyond their job, the doctors very professional.

Terrible medical facility. I went in to ER while pregnant with horrible pain and dizziness. I'm high risk as well due to pre existing condition. They left me sitting in agonizing pain for 3 hours similar to the other time I went in with chest pains. I have had multiple abnormal EKGs. Don't go here! They will ignore you and still try and bill your insurance even if you walk out. I went home because it's more comfortable than the hospital their waiting area chairs are the most uncomfortable things to sit in. They are incompetent just like the U.S entire medical system

Excellent care from your staff on June 30 for laceration sutures, with special thanks to Dr. Kathleen Holt for her care. The Express Care staff at Broadview Heights highly praised her delicate suture work during their removal.
