We
paid
for
the
basic
birthday
package
for
my
son’s
birthday.
We
arrived
&
checked
in,
got
our
room
&
wrist
bands,
got
my
sons
birthday
stuff
&
went
to
the
room.
The
room
door
wasn’t
decorated
like
it
was
supposed
to
be.
We
gave
them
time
to
do
it,
went
down
to
the
water
park
for
a
couple
hours,
came
back
to
the
room
&
it
still
wasn’t
decorated.
Went
to
the
front
desk
&
told
them
about
it.
We
told
them
we
didn’t
want
the
decorations
at
this
point,
because
it
now
wasn’t
a
surprise.
We
were
told
to
go
back
to
the
room
&
someone
would
be
up
to
take
care
of
it.
We
waited
in
the
room
for
20
minutes,
nobody
showed
up.
We
went
to
leave
&
they
had
came
&
put
the
poster
on
the
door,
never
let
us
know
they
were
there
or
talked
to
us.
The
poster
they
put
up
was
ripped
too.
Went
back
to
the
front
desk
&
told
them
we
didn’t
want
the
ripped
poster,
as
we
already
told
them.
Asked
to
speak
to
a
manger.
The
manager
said
sorry,
there’s
nothing
we
can
do.
We
will
never
be
back
to
this
place.
What
has
happened
to
customer
service?
This
place
obviously
doesn’t
care
about
their
customers,
only
getting
money
from
them.
