It is a lovely hotel located in a very calm and quiet place in the peaceful city of Mysore. Rooms are spacious and windows give you a clear view. The staff is very quick and courteous. Food is tasty and the morning breakfast spread is full of delicious items. They serve all kinds of cuisines which include Veg and non veg items.

Excellent 4 star hotel. Great ambience, amenities, service. Food service is good but can improve. Location is centrally located in Mysuru and excellent. They even provided rooms with inter connected door when we visited with large family. Highly recommend for family trip.

Hotel is in city centre. Very close to KSRTC bus stand. Rooms are spacious well furnished. Restaurant serves good food. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Few of the Mysuru attractions are near to hotel.

We have stayed at Hotel Sandesh The Prince twice with family and kids, and both experiences have been absolutely delightful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff is professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options catering to different tastes. The ambiance of the hotel is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch, making it an ideal choice for families. Additionally, the location is very convenient, situated close to key attractions in Mysore, making it easy to explore the city. We highly recommend Hotel Sandesh The Prince for anyone visiting Mysore. It’s a fantastic place to stay, especially for families looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Very well located at the heart of Mysore. Palace is just 800 meter from hotel. Rooms are clean and maintained. Toilet might need renovation in next 6-9 months. Breakfast spread is good and good in taste. Lunch is available both a-la-carte and buffet and taste is quite good. Portion is little less specially the daaa 😀. Service is good and toom service is also good . Overall good hotel for family trip.

Great place to stay. I've stayed here lots of times and never fails to offer very friendly service. Food is excellent and the beers are kept very cold. I can say that we feel like part of the sandesh family when we visit.

Average hotel , google says it is four Star but it's more like 2.5 or 3 star hotels Pro- Great location, fast check-in and check-out , clean room Cons- No soundproofing in rooms you could hear everything in the next room if they are talking loudly hence your sleep can be disturbed if you get noisy neighbours , rooms are a bit old , breakfast variety is ok , but quality of food could be better, also i found the hotel a bit pricey

Front desk was not very helpful. Anything you query they decline. GST number was shared during check in but says reservation team needs to do it. Name was spelt wrong . And for these corrections she has to sulk and lethargically respond. Can be a better place if the service could be improved with smoother check in and check out process.

I stayed in Hotel Sandesh The Prince last December for a day and it was a very good experience. Rooms and services are very good and the rate was also not that high. There is a pool available there and have pool side tables for enjoying the food. Restaurant available in the ground floor and the complementary breakfast was really very good. The breakfast buffet had a lot of items and the quality also was nice.

We had a nice stay at hotel Sandesh the Prince for 1 night. Pretty smooth check-in and check-out process. Room provided to us was good too. The interior and exterior of the hotel looks royal. All the staffs are well behaved too. The breakfast buffet had a lot of varieties and most of the dishes were good. Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel is really good. We enjoyed the hospitality and the service there. Everyone in the team is helpful. They are quick with any complaint or query. There's a spa, swimmy pool , cafe, restaurants and pub at the campus. There's one private silk emporium as well. The in-room food service food taste and quality maybe improved for Indian taste as well. But overall it was good. The housekeeping staff were highly professional. We also took the spa service there. Aromatherapy. But it was our first time getting spa done, so I'm not the best person to review it. There was a offer when we took this service. If you're there for holiday, I would recommend to take help of the travel desk. The travel desk team will suggest you the best package. They will work according to your wishes. The prices are also reasonable based on the quality service we recived.

My recent stay at HOTEL SANDESH THE PRINCE during a official visit was a great experience. During the entire stay the best thing I enjoyed is their hospitality. Rooms were Big & Spacious, with a fully equipped minibar & other amenities. The in-house resturant has a large spread of breakfast. Food served during the dinner was also very delicious.

The service across the board—from the front desk staff to room service—was disappointing and far below expectations. The restaurant also failed to impress in terms of quality and experience. Overall, the stay did not feel worth the money spent. For this hotel we should have nigative marking also

Helpful staff, prime location, nice buffet spread...... But... Need to work on their air conditioning and in room mini refrigerator. Mini Bar is way too expensive.... Apart from this a very nice cozy hotel

I frequently stay at this hotel for business trips and have always been satisfied with the staff and rooms. However, I did have one issue with the gym - it closes at 8 pm, which I found to be a bit early. As a result, I was forced to cut my workout short and was asked to leave due to the time constraint. However, after speaking with the manager, they kindly allowed me to continue working out until 9 pm. I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my needs. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others - although I do hope they consider extending the gym hours in the future.

We stayed there for 1 night and it was an amazing experience for us after a long bus journey. We didn't have a booking , we walked into the hotel and the receptionist did offer us a price but we haggled and got it much cheaper!!!. After a blissful nights sleep we checked the buffet breakfast which had a good choice and caters for all tastes . A little tip for those on a budget, they have another hotel 30m away which is much cheaper and still a good standard , we stayed there for 2 nights. For those in Musuru for a few days & fancy a treat ... please check the Sandesh out.

Stayed for 2.5 days for vacation that too in premium suit room Staff service very disappointed with my stay. The restaurant service was extremely slow and unprofessional — staff were inattentive and careless with orders. The reception team was equally rude and unhelpful, showing no basic courtesy or hospitality. For the prices they charge, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Management really needs to work on staff training and customer care. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
