They never fail to deliver mediocre service. Honestly I don't think there's ever been a time where I'm happy to order from here. There was this one time that I wanted a milkshake, the machine wasn't working and didn't get a milkshake or my refund. Another time they barely filled my milk shake and just substituted it with whipped cream. This time they gave me nuggets that weren't separated before cooking and they are some what raw on the sides. If got got refunded what ever needed to get refunded I would probably have 10$.

Horrible service and unprofessional staff waited over 30 minutes at the drive thru. I called the store and a staff member answered the phone like I was calling their house. When they finally took my order it was the same unprofessional customer service. Instead of sorry for the wait I hear a very ghetto “hello what do you need” the losers who work here are at their last stop on their career paths. Wow! Cars jammed up at the drive thru while 2 employees are sitting in the office doing nothing to help the rush. Time to fire some of these lazy people and start fresh! Several employees doing nothing. Time 10:10pm on 5/5/23 order taken at 10:04 pm got food at 10:35

The night manager sucks. Rude as hell. I ask for large combo and gave me a med. Did even change my fries.Then he charge me again for a large drink. And they say why customer be mad cuz we never get our correct order. Because they have all these young kids that don't want to work there. Period. I said what I said. MANAGER SUCKS!!

Waited 15 minutes in drive through. Only words said to me were, "can I see your receipt ", by manager who was clearly lost. These people need a course in customer service or even acknowledgement. FYI, their prices are at least 20 cents higher than others per item.

When I first walked in you had teenagers laying all in the seats and the cashier couldn't take my order and she was more concerned about her family versus the customer. Then I order I probably was standing there for like ten minutes and I got my food, I got it when home started to eat,tell me why they smashed my hamburger like flatten the buns and smashed it. And no I won't be back.

Food and service is only adequate during the day. The black lady at night- her attitude is the worst. So is the guy that works with her. They just gave me some cold sandwiches and they make me feel unwelcome every single time I come. I work in food service, so I understand. Nonetheless, there is no excuse or reason to treat any customer this way. I'm paying not just for the food but for the service, and both were terrible. Staff at night needs an immediate update.

After my order, they asked me to park in 1st drive thru reserved. I waited 13 minutes and was forced to go inside to ask for my drink to be made otherwise I probably would have been there until they closed.

I don’t leave much reviews but just don’t come to this McDonald’s if it’s not having issues with their computers because they can’t take orders or say that they can’t make the order because they are Apple Pay is not working or they’re not accepting cash there’s always something wrong here. I don’t know what’s going on. Save yourself the time go somewhere else.
