Awesome. Very responsive leading up to the event. 15 minutes early to the start of my 8 year old's birthday. We did the Game Truck package for 1.5 hours. The guy was very attentive to the 20+ kids playing the 6 screens in helping them switch games and solve any issues/questions the boys and girls had. Highly recommend.

Always professional, on time. and great service. This was my 2nd time renting and the kids had a blast. Even gave me the same deal he gave me during Covid.

My wife and I tried several times throughout the past week to contact someone via phone and internet to see how far they travel (Dallas TX to Whitesboro TX). Noone returned any calls or responded to inquiries through the website. I was finally able to talk to someone after about the 3rd attempt today and was told they don't travel that far. That's fine... but answer the phone or contact your potential customer as soon possible.

Used them for a video game truck rental for my son's 7th birthday party and everyone (especially the adults) had a blast. We will use them again next year.

Are use Game Truck to years in a row. The first year we did the video game it was awesome. This year in January we did laser tag. Not such a good experience but the kids had fun. The guy did not set up everything for laser tag. I took a pic & sent it to the main guy. He apologized and said he would talk to him about not setting up right. Also the instructor for laser tag was a young teenager and complain about not getting paid enough that Game Truck drivers get paid more. Also I told him the card I paid with for the deposit I was not using my husbands paying the rest in cash. Well he tried to use my card which was not good no more in front of everybody and said my card was declined. I told you I'm not using that card because it's not good my husband pay in cash. Tell the owner he apologize I was gonna talk to him OK. Also the birthday boy used to get goodies for first year he got glasses and bracelets this year nothing so I asked the main guy about that he said we don't do that no more I'll send him a shirt. Didn't have a shirt and stop now this was in January by now this is February. Said it's too much to ship the shirt OK I can send him some copies of the games that I have extra of he sent me a list, my son has all the games I said. And that was that haven't heard anything else and it is now April .
