Well organized, clean, and spacious. Top notch equipment. Plenty for everyone. The remodel is beautiful. Haven't been there in a while till today. The staff has changed and while the new staff is professional, the old staff was a little more engaging and polite. These guys weren't impolite, dont get me wrong, just not as friendly. Good gym!

Not a monster facility from the outside but larger than you'd expect once you're inside. Black card spa very clean I used the stand up tanning bed, the monitor on the upper body arm bike did not work but there was a hundred other machines to use that did work although they only have one upper body arm bike at every location I've found. Front desk personnel, very nice, I went on a Saturday morning and it wasn't too busy.

Just left this location. Have had a membership over 2 years. Checked my son in as a guest and checked my daughter in using her student pass. One associate said it’s ok and the other associate insisted we needed a student id for my daughter when she’s already been with me as a guest. Did not allow us to check in. Horrible customer service. I should not have gone back to this location in the first place since my last visit the gym equipment was so dirty and the place was untidy. Do better planet fitness

I have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the club. I saw the team member, Karen, really doing a deep clean on all the dumbbells and racks. It’s nice to know details like that are being paid attention to. Great work.

I enjoy the hours but lately, the facilities are not well maintained. Lots of broken equipment. During daytime they have lots of staff members but they are not very attentive. Just a handful actually cares about the job.

I purchased a all access at any gym in the country. For privacy and data reasons I don't use the app and check in at the desk using phone number . This club refused access if I didn't use the app and the girl at the desk was like yep you are not being let in and wasn't bothered at all I pay extra for access and now I canceled my membership. Lazy people just don't wanna be bothered to work while at work anymore

It’s dim and crowded with little walk room. I felt very claustrophobic and quickly lost my drive to workout. There were maybe ten people in the gym, which it was nice not having to wait for a machine, but the atmosphere explained everything.

Last month I canceled my membership and I have been charge twice this month, the first time I got charged I called and the problem got fixed. This time I got charge almost $60 with late fees, I called and they told me that my membership is still active.

Very nice and clean Fitness Center seems to have enough employees because the employees are always on top of it I've gotten me everything I've Ever Needed the employees have been great lots of machines to workout on massage chair massage table tanning beds and a new ultra light bed the massage bed is just awesome and is my favorite. My best friend and I work out there once a week

Signed up for a class only to get to the center to be told they have not had a trainer on staff for two weeks! I joined so I could get some help with setting up a workout program but with no trainer on staff I am stuck.

The workers here are biased and racist. Planet fitness charges me monthly when I had annual contract with them. This Garland outlet, one Jose said I don't have a membership, that he ll call the laws on me if I don't get out of the store. I had to walk out quietly... I need to speak with the cooperate of Planet fitness, bcoz a staff is making tarnishing the good image of your company

Apparently the “most by the rules” employee! That works there simply doesn’t like me or my wife. (The big gal, no name tag) surely everyone knows who that is. Reporting and leaving warnings in the system for “infractions”. What she needs to do is work out. Not work there. Maybe I’ll bring her some doughnuts to get a smile. I checked in as a guest while my wife got here. Previously she argued with me and the manager instead of acting accordingly as an employee and nothing else. She went toe to toe with me. Lost my cool that day. The young manager did handle things the right way! I believe people like that live a very miserable life and strive to not be liked!!!!!

It's nice inside now. It seems like good air circulation and no smells bothered me. I'd been going out of my way to avoid this one, but the recent visits have been good. They don't have USB ports in the lockers up front or combo locks like medallion center, but I've used the treadmill to charge my phone. The speakers are everywhere so they're hard to avoid.

Well to start off getting a membership was pretty easy, the place is rather clean and full of friendly people who seem willingly to help you. The staff is friendly, small talk here and there nothing to big. There is a machine for your every muscle. sometimes it'll be packed but that rarely happens.

Went to become a member with a friend of mine that is already a member. Location looks nice but staff wasn't really helpful. Asked questions about membership and got very quick and short answers like I was interrupting. Also the benefits to referring a friend only applies to the basic membership. I got the Black membership and it didn't apply to us. Update 9/10/22 Facility looks nice but it's a lot of the same piece of equipment. Treadmills! Counter staff act like they don't want to be there and have no customer service skills.

I've been frequently going to the location in garland and the community is one of a kind it really helps feeling like no one is judgemental towards one another and are truly just task focused in improving there body and state of mind! Yet a spotter is always around!

The space is really nice and all the equipment was clean. The only reason why im giving this a 4 is because of the mens bathroom. I walk to the showers after my workouts and notice that the floor was covered in dirt/soil in different areas, and there was pubic hair all over in 2 of the showers. Other than that, everything else inside the building seemed good. Kinda wish there was a heavy punching bag or 2 for the p360/conditioning area for cardio use.

This is a wonderful gym. Jose helped me today with a question and he was very helpful. The entire staff is always helpful and the gym is very clean. Highly recommend Planet Fitness and this location.

I recently updated to the black card and absolutely loved the massage chair but more the hydro massage bed.

I went on vacation for 2 weeks in Cincinnati and visited the planet fitness there. While the equipment was more advanced it still didn't compare to the amazing customer service of the morning team! Those are my girls!
