I have experienced the environment and hospitality services at many gyms in the DFW area, and I am 100% confident to say that Fit Factory Garland has THE best of them all. This gym excels in hospitality, customer service, cleanliness, quality equipment, and the building of a fantastic workout experience. The manager in specific, Clay, does an amazing job at constantly keeping the gym clean and updated, as well as ensuring all of his members the most value for their memberships. The rest of the staff in addition, never fail to provide care and comfort to each and every member as they truly take the time and effort to understand what makes their consumers happy and fulfilled with their respective memberships. I am so grateful to be part of this gym, as it has not only provided an amazing environment to efficiently get a workout in, but is also dedicated to creating a friendly - almost family like - safe space for men, women, and children.

This gym has by far been the worst gym I have ever been to. The manager Clay is probably the most unprofessional manager I have ever came across. While working out he will completely start a full confrontation mid set. He has apologized several times for his actions but also allows other staff members to shame and embarrass other clients. Clay is the manager at this location and has banned members of other members making false accusations towards me and my friends who go to this gym. We have made full complaints to corporate office towards this staff. We also found it very inappropriate to see a manager who is mid 30’s having a very hands on relationship with a 19 year old trainer (Gabby) while on the clock. Please save your time and money and time and NEVER sign up here.

I've been a member with Fit Factory Firewheel since 2020. What I about this gym is the management and staff who are very knowledgeable and friendly. The gym has a lot of space, machines, classes and friendly members who all suport each other. I'd recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a first time gym or a replacement gym. Fit Factory feels like my second home.

This gym has a friendly, feel at home vibe. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! The people who go to this gym are also friendly and approachable. Everyone wants to help everyone! If you're looking for a new gym or a new gym with a great vibe, look no further! Conveniently located inside Firewheel Wheel Mall, this gym offers so much for so little!

The management at Fit Factory, and the customer care are top notch in my opinion. I have been to most gyms in the area and this one is the best in atmosphere, members, and staff. Clay, is the manager and is always so friendly and helpful! He will go out of his way to make sure things are done right and customers are satisfied. BEST GYM IN GARLAND!

Love that this gym is always clean and for the most part people put their weights back properly. Anna at the front desk is the best! Always smiling and attentive as well as remembering our names. Great way to start your morning workout.

This gym is AMAZING!! Clay, the manager, and the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful! Everything was maintained very well, very clean, modern, and spacious. HIGHLY recommend Fit Factory in Garlard :)

I stopped in just for a day while I was in town for the weekend and I was blown away at how friendly and helpful the staff were. I’m can’t remember the young man’s name at the front that helped me, but I really appreciate him taking the time and care to show me around. The gym is very nice with lots of features. I would definitely join here if I lived in the area.

Always nice and clean. Plenty of weights, equipment and room for all needs. Especially for the low price, I can't believe I'm getting such a great experience. Not too many gyms around that's even close.

I’ve been going there for 2 years now and the staff has always been amazing. Clay the manager is always so kind and encouraging. He is constantly working hard to keep that gym nice and updated and does an amazing job doing it. Edith and Annalicia are amazing at the front desk. We all know how the beginning of your gym journey can be a bit unnerving. They are always there presenting a friendly face and making people feel welcomed. Marlene does a wonderful job In the daycare facility caring for my little ones. They’re always excited to come to the gym with me partially because of her. There’s so many well rounded workers and there’s never any judgment only friendly encouragement, which is what I believe makes this gym special.

I’ve been a member for over a year at Fit Factory after I had left LA Fitness due to a bad situation/poor choices made by management. I absolutely love it here! The facility, staff, and equipment are great! What makes the biggest impact is the ladies at the front desk- Annalicia and Edith! They always welcome you in with the biggest and warmest smiles! Everyone here is always supportive and welcoming!

Been coming to Fit Factory for over two years now and I love every thing about this gym. The staff is so kind and helpful, especially my girl Edith always greets me with a smile and kind words. A gym that keeps up with everything and truly cares about the needs of everyone who comes here. Won’t be able to go to another gym after coming here!

I’ve been going to fit factory for 5 months now and all I can say is it’s been an absolutely amazing experience. All the workers there are so kind and encouraging, and they always have a smile on their face! Sal and Edith are who I typically see whenever I go, and they’re so friendly and welcoming. To anyone who is considering going to this gym, please do, it’s community is unlike any other!
