    Hey everybody this reviews for Home Depot in Garland off 190 and firewheel Parkway, this particular Home Depot, I’m going to the garden center today and just wanted to show you that I’ve been here several times and the garden center is always extremely well stocked with whatever you’re looking for, be that herbs, succulents, fertilizer, ornamental shrubs, whatever there is always many team members around and they’re very helpful and the place is usually not too crowded,the interior of Home Depot is laid out fairly much the same as the other ones but they all change up just a little bit but again as far as the garden center goes this one is really well-stocked so you should be able to get anything you need so if you’re in the area come over to Home Depot firewheel Parkway and 190 and they’ll have whatever it whatever you need to make your house and yard look beautiful. Thank you.

    Easy to get to. Organized. Website needs to monitor and update inventory better though. Said had 4 in stock. 2 hours later when arrived, gone. Impossible for drill bits in my opinion. Staff is courteous.

    Most of the associates have no idea what different products are or where they are located, without looking it up on a handheld device. Few have any construction knowledge. Very poorly run. Very disorganized. Hate self check. Go elsewhere if at all possible

    Took $3600 for a shed and then a week later tell me they can’t build it the way they sold it to me and I would have to pay $600 extra for the larger shed. I asked for a refund, they said ok. Then someone calls me to try to save the deal and get me what I paid for. That allowed them to keep my money going on week four now and still now refund. Michelle at garland location says to me on Friday that she has it all figured out and would I still like a shed. I said yes. She asked me to come to the store to talk to her about it and get the details worked out. I said yes because I’m still in need of a shed. I told her I couldn’t come today but the at I could use my lunch hour on Monday. I drove 20 miles each direction from my work to talk with her and she never even came out to talk to me. I waited 15 mins then I had to go back to work. Now I’m still out my $3600 so far as of now and I’m out my time and gas money. I will never buy anything from Home Depot ever again. I always shopped Home Depot as my first choice. No more.

    Had to get some adhesive for a client, the young lady in the paint department was a DREAM for helping me find it. She was polite, and very helpful. Wish I could remember her name. Also, great lumber selection too. Nice and clean store!

    While we were shopping for blinds at this Home Depot location in Garland, TX, one of their employees, a young African American man named Cha Cha noticed that we were in need of assistance and came to help us. He was very polite, kind, professional and he was also very knowledgeable of the product. He helped us find the blind we needed and cut it according to our needed measurements. Thank you Cha Cha! May the Lord bless you as you continue your life journey!🙏🏾 You will be an asset wherever you go!

    Home Depot is a great home improvement store offering all appliances for kitchens and bathrooms, floor coverings, remodeling supplies, big and small...lighting, construction supplies, a garden center, patio furnishings and much more... The staff in the flooring/tile and kitchen appliance dept at the Firewheel Garland store #0553, is very knowledgeable about all items they are in charge of and should you have questions, they will gladly help you... And the customer service staff at this same store for their fast and courteous service, plus offering to take the large items to your car should you need help. Next time you need home improvement items, take time to visit this Home Depot location on George Bush Frwy in Garland. You'll be glad you did!

    We purchased 2 tool chest. the rep that helped us was Ms. Stephanie, she was extremely pleasant at the time. We were scheduled for product the following day and it never arrived. When we called and asked to see the status, she kept us on hold for 25 mins and than transferred us to someone who had a voicemail set up. I called back and she started to become extremely rude and disrespectful. I then asked her if I can speak with the manager and she became much more aggressive over the phone. This is not the same Ms. Stephanie I met in person. Kind of disappointed in her attitude as well as overall experience with this home depot. We did not have our order delivered and kept receiving the run around. The entire session lasted 1 hour and no manager came on phone. I'm leaving a google review in hopes someone returns our calls and assist us with the matter.

    Bought window AC online at this Depot...invoice says it would be ready for pickup on the 13th, four days after purchase...Get to the store at 2pm. Ask for order. HomeDepot: Sir, we have it. But it's on the truck outback.We're too lazy to go get it.Come back tomorrow.

    If you need something on a Saturday afternoon you won't find it here. Employees are great at conversing amongst each other. I was in the store for an hour and no one asked how I was doing or if I needed help. Then again, if you're that type of shopper that doesn't like being bothered or helped, this is your store. The two stars are for the prices. In comparison, the plano store on 75 seems far better.

    The painting area when Maria is there is a nuisance. It seems that she doesn't want to work, you bring her a large sample and she doesn't know how shiny it is, (the same one who is in the sample, I'm not the painter. That's her answer 😆) If the color doesn't fit, she doesn't want to work a little fixing it, she just says if it came out we can't match it when I've received better service from others who don't struggle to help you see the brightness and color that best matches. Nobody wants to do their job in good spirits anymore. I told my client how the color turned out or if you don't like it, you have to paint the whole wall. 😬👀

    I would rate their garden center a -10 if I could. Only sae two [2] employees working the area and one was sitting between 2 racks of flowers and answering on his phone about half asleep. I asked the cashier if they had a certain plant.... she said just look around and see if you find it. We have so many vendors and they move stuff around I don't know what we have. Needless to say I'm headed to Home Depot... at least you get assistance there.

    120 in the afternoon they are having a company meeting with everyone working at the store clapping about what a good job they are doing instead of helping the customers. They were reading reviews out loud and clapping, I wonder if they will read this one. Why not have this meeting before the store opens or after it closes? Why have this meeting in the front when you have a meeting room? I took my needs elsewhere, I'm sure lowes wants to cut and thread some pipe for me instead of having a public cheerleading meeting in front of the people your paid to service.

    Staff there is pretty friendly and helpful. Garden section is great and easy to figure out... online pickup can be a little slower than shopping sometimes. Best parking situation out of all the home depots in the area.

    This has been my main store for over ten years now. When I visit 5+ times a week I am warmly greeted by the friendly faces of all the employees that I have known for years. Just like any store there are times that they are busy and yet they attempt to make sure my needs are fully met. I am beyond disappointed that they finally opened a tool rental, because I knew that it would bring in more people. Over the last few months since the tool rental opening I have noticed the contractor parking become harder to come by. On a side note IF YOUR NOT A CONTRACTOR DO NOT PARK IN THOSE SPOTS.

    I was going to buy flooring there but it turned out that I couldn't get through on the telephone to anyone one afternoon and evening because no 1 ever answered the phone. There are a couple of employees that I really liked meeting while I was there but this was a giant fail for me and I had to go to another store to buy the flooring for my home.

    Looking for adhesive remover. One would think it would be in the paint department. FINALLY found some help and the girl sent me.the other side of the store .......nothing. Not even close.. went back to paint department and her response was "oh they sent you back here " I finally found something that might work. But did not find what I came for. They don't even carry 3M products?

    Great customer service today. Gentleman asked me twice if I needed help. I took him up on it the second time. Looking for the correct size drywall anchor. It's hard for me to see those little numbers.

    I purchased a $57.92 bag of fertilizer Potassium and potash. They didn’t know what potash was; they didn’t know where the fertilizer was; when I went to the courtesy desk for customer service they told me it was on aisle 64 and there was no isle 64!!!! I had to wait another hour to find somebody that could help me and then they brought a huge bag in a basket that could not be picked up by me and left without asking IF I NEEDED HELP LOADING IT IN MY CAR!!! I asked 3 people for help got none .., I struggled to get the heavy bag in my car and hurt my back. Home Depot has no customer service!

    Home Depot has curbside pickup that makes it easier on people like me, that just didn't get around like we used to. The staff are very helpful when you do decide make the trip inside. For what type of store it is clean and uncluttered.

    I am dismayed at Home Depot’s abandonment of the manned registers. Not every item is easily scanned. I would understand if they were short staffed, but there were three young ladies standing at the self-checkout, talking and commenting about things on their cell phones while customers checked themselves out. Seriously? Nice job if you can get it, I guess.

    I'm no marketing expert but I do have common sense. Typically, if you have a choice of several different places from which you aquire your goods or services, your going to pick the easiest to navigate when prices are competitive across the board. Keeping that in mind, if a marketing department just randomly resets the locations of things, it will not be easy to navigate. Common sense right?

    I am very upset with the way I was treated when I came here. I had brought some parts back that I no longer needed, and I did loose my receipt. I went to customer service with Jackie, and she was very rude and had an attitude. That wasn't the first time either. I had previously went with her for another matter and she was rude. I asked for her manager who's name is Mark, he was very unprofessional. I felt very disrespected, and I remember another customer coming in to return things and they too did not have a receipt, and they were given a home depot card and they refused to give me one. If they can't respect their customers I don't know why they work there in the first place.

    Always great service at this Home Depot location and I’ve never had less than a great experience with every employee I’ve come in contact with while shopping! The assistant manager Mark Carter is just awesome! Always nice to see such a friendly face! He’s so helpful every time I need any assistance at all. He takes the time to make sure I find exactly what I’m looking for, and even takes the time to give his input on different options for items I look for when trying to start my home improvement projects. Can’t beat service like that!
