I initially rated this place five stars a while back. Now downgrading to three, while actually still being a little bit generous. I lot has changed recently. First, they’ve just recently wrapped up a big part of a long term construction project to install go-carts. The new go-carts cost $10 for a five minute ride. So the one-hour jump pass now covers a lot less territory because the “included” square feet of activities have been significantly reduced to add an on-demand option that mostly sits idle from what I can tell during my limited visits post installation. There is also another significant amount of square feet still under construction. I’m not optimistic that this will bode well for the one-hour pass, since the last time space was converted it was subtracted from the amount of space the one-hour pass could access without additional charges. Honestly, with competitors like Urban Air, I have significantly reduced my spend with Jumping World. At Urban Air my kiddos can get a monthly pass, and select the highest category of membership, and then have access to everything in the facility, including the bumper cars. No up charge. Urban Air even includes a free bottle of water or bag of popcorn with each visit for those with a monthly membership. And the monthly membership costs about the same as a one-hour pass at Jumping World, which, as a matter of fact, is a pass that is sharply declining in bang-for-buck value.

We had my son's 5th birthday party here, and he had a blast! I really love all the options: trampolines, foam pit, dodge ball, dunking, obstacle course, toddler/baby play area, arcade games, etc. It makes it ideal for a birthday party with different kids with different interests. A few reasons I am not giving 5 stars: 1) our hostess was not very experienced. I had to basically guide her in what she should be doing. There should be more training for the hosts or put more experienced hosts for large parties, so that parents do not have to do it for them, which is part of what you pay for with the birthday package. She was really only at our table for a total of 30 minutes. I ended up writing down names and fastening wrist bands myself. 2) I put in my notes for the party that I would be bringing my own decorations, but when I arrived they told me the table wasn't set up yet, and then I saw them quickly setting up the plates and cups, which I didn't need (see next point), so they had to take it all down once they finally let us into the party area which cost us time. Maybe an option to select on the website when you order your party would streamline the process. 3) We were told we could arrive 15 minutes early to set up, but the area wasn't ready for us when we arrived, so that ate up some of our time, as well. Overall, it was a good experience, but a little more organization would make it great!

This place is WAY over priced. We arrived when they opened in the morning......very unclean , there was trash all over the floor...the staff was unprofessional....had a attitude when we asked prices for out daughter that was 2 yrs. Old. We went ahead and stayed because of out 11 yr old . But we will never come back. Big disappointed ☹️

We live close so we visit from time to time. I have never been impressed by the employees..must be a depressing place to work because they clearly do not want to be there. After the most recent visit I can say we will not be back. We went when they opened on a Tuesday. The place was disgusting...pieces of old pizza were literally scattered through the obstacle course. Every trampoline had crumbs, candy or trash on it. Dirty socks everywhere. The two employees there were both on their phones the entire time..they could've picked up a broom instead. We all immediately showered when we got home. Yuck.

Dirty and falling apart ! They charge 14 per kid .. yet fail to do basic cleaning . Horrid smell when you enter. Tables are dirty. Foam cubes are gross 🤮 Staff members not willing to wipe down tables or keep areas clean. Really disappointed in this place for kids.

Great place for little kids! They recently added go-karts that even 3-5 year olds can drive which brought us back here. Warning for adults, your weight might slow your cart down but I suspect I had a low battery too because we raced twice and the other was much faster. I was lapped twice in the 2nd race haha. Another new addition was the multi-story playground. It's smaller than an urban air so adults wouldn't navigate it as easily if necessary. The water tube is still there, weight limit 150, and two can go at the same time if they each have a ticket. For 3 minutes it can wear anybody out! Arcades are available, games range from $0.75-$3.00. Game cards can be purchased/recharged up front or at the back kiosk. There are ticket games to redeem for prizes too (tickets save to cards). There was a trampoline run for toddlers separate from the main run of trampolines. This is about the only place that so has a foam pit, but it was in the toddler area. Overall my 5 and 8 year old enjoyed it. Kids older than 12 or 13 might want more challenging activities. The concessions had a good selection of snacks and the usual hot dogs, pizzas, nachos etc. Staff above all was courtesy and friendly which added to enjoyment here.

Not too many attractions other than the big trampolines in the front, bathroom was very clean and big, It's a little too expensive and don't forget to be prepared to buy water bottles because your kids will be very thrirsty and you cannot bring outside drinks.

The place needs a serious deep clean! Smells like mold, feet, and weed! The walls nasty and falling apart. The employees look like they hate their job. One employee was so annoyed to be there he was punching the wall like he was working out. Werid! Never again!

Fun and affordable place to take kids. I took my 4-year old niece and there was plenty to do to entertain us for 2 hours. I was able to jump and play with her, and she said “this place is fun!” There seemed to be plenty of staff making sure kids stayed safe and the staff at the front desk were super friendly. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, but weren’t too bad. Overall I thought the cleanliness was pretty good considering that there are so many children running around. We will definitely be coming back!

Had a bday party there recently. Staff is friendly but not all are on the same page. One person would tell us something, then someone else would say something else, resulting in alot of confusion on pricing, etc. Other than that, it's a great place to bring the kids to play. They are clean and friendly.

I did my research before I even went here. I called ahead to see if we could bring anything in, I was told if you don't have a booked party no decorations and I CAN bring cupcakes. So after calling and visiting other trampoline parks, I chose this one. The day of my visit I went in with 6 children under 4 to celebrate my 2yr old birthday. When we arrived a young girl approached asking did we have a booked party, which she knew the answer because she was the hostess for parties, I said no. She told me that I could not bring in my stuff I had, balloons, treat bags and cupcakes, if I did not have a booked party. I told her that I called ahead and was told I could bring the cupcakes. She then went on with her spill to say we could only sit at the 5 or 6 tables they had blocked off only if we booked a party. My dad asked how much was a party and she gave us prices starting at 200 for party of 10 and up prices. We then asked could we pay for the $200 package even though we only had 6 children, she then said well you had to book ahead of time because we don't have a hostess available. So now we like why would you offer something you can't give us now. Smh. So I took my stuff back to the car to cooperate since we drove 30 mins to this place. I spoke with the manager and told him that I would be bringing my cupcakes in because there was no way I was wasting money by leaving them in the car, so he did agree to put them in the freezer for me. I as very appreciative that he did that for me. I then paid $85 for my 6 jumpers and we proceeded to order food. Here comes issue number 2. We ordered 2 pizzas and was told they only had 6 slices left because all the other pizza was reserved and drum roll.....we did not book a party. So how does booking a party have anything to do with patrons that paid money to jump. Needless to say if you don't book a party you mean nothing. We were there for 2 hours and only two parties were booked while 5 or 6 other tables stay blocked off because no hostess was available. All the staff that were there that day should be fired, because there is no way you have 2 parties booked and 5 or 6 other tables free and you turn down money because no hostess was available. Everybody there should be able to step in that position for situations as this since they are big on you did not book a party. Customer service these days has really went to hell especially when people are paying their money it should not be this hard to have a nice time. Stop hiring children and promoting them to run an establishment. Deeply disappointed. I pray things get better here, because all I see is this place going out of business in the future.

We've been here at least 5 times now. This last time(today) was by far the best! Every single ride and attraction was open where there are usually two four things shut down in the past. This time was insane because everything was open and running it for speed and it was by far the best time I've ever had here and the previous times were great too. I can't wait to come back again!!

Very dirty and old place, half of the park is under construction and they still charge you the same. Kids have only 2 different jumping options. And they jump in to dirty stinky sponges . Nobody followed safety rules in here. Horrible place. Don't waste your time and money coming in here

It was way to expensive for the cost! I will not go back! Everything is extra even water! It cost over 300 bucks for less about an hour and a half for 10 kids for a birthday party! It was supposed to be 2 hours but it's more like an hour and a half cause they make sure you not jumping even a minute longer. The staff was also not friendly. The one who help set up my party was nice forgot her name but the staff up front not at all welcoming. Which is not ideal for a kid place will not ever go back!!!!!

Hey thanks for the response. We came back on the 4th and everything was perfect. 5 stars now. Same girl at the front and she is awesome! Appreciate the owner for the response. Brought my niece's here on a Friday. They definitely need more staff at the registers instead of just 1 person. There were employees standing around when I feel as they could have got on a register and help get the line down.

Place is on my son has a good time and is affordable . There is nothing to do though for parents while they wait. No place to charge phone they have a restaurant but the girl there said she can’t work registrar and when the other girl showed up they didn’t ask if I needed anything they just sat there talking didn’t want to bother them. There are no places to charge phone except a broken plug. Went to the bar and there was no bartender employees walked by but never offered help. I would have spent a lot more money if given opportunities so kind of glad in that way. It’s weird because thay have atleast 10 employees but no help

I brought my 8 yr old grandson to this place on Saturday and we had a blast. It was very inexpensive compared to some of the other trampoline places that we've been too. It's not to far from where we live sooooo this will be our new hangout for the summer.

Pretty nice place honestly. No idea how much the kids birthday party cost, but my 6 year old seemed pretty entertained. The sold food and soft drinks there. So that helped me while my kid had fun.
