    I would say the driver that worked when I was at the drive-thru was Nice although he could be a little bit more communicative. but way younger generation so that's why I'm not throwing shade. every time I go to this Taco Bell it's always fast and efficient and pleasant. I've never had one problem.

    This was our first experience at this location since moving to the area 10 months ago. Since it had been so long, when the lady taking our order asked, “any sauces?”, we asked for “2 of each”. So we should have gotten 6-8 sauces packets max, of 3 or 4 different flavors (I am not sure how many flavors this location had today, but based on the website it should not have been more than 4 individual flavors). Instead, I received 26 packets of Fire sauce. Why bother to ask what we want if you’re not going to provide it? As an environmentally conscience consumer, it really bothers me when I give my specific order for single use products and the company refuses to honor my order. Don’t ask if your employees won’t listen. On a positive note, our food was correct.

    Being told to hold at the speakerphone of the drive-through for 10 minutes is unacceptable when there is no one in line in front of you. Not the first time I’ve had to drive away and go to another Taco Bell to fill my order. And suggest you work on customer service skills or the overall rating of this location will continue to decline.

    I can finally write a positive review. YES! THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT!!! This is the Taco Bell closest to my house and we have had problems before and stopped ordering from this location. Today, we really didn't have enough time to go anywhere else so we gave it a try again. We ordered online, the worker at the drive-thru was very polite and professional, the food was packaged securely, including the drink. The order was right when we got home and it looked delicious and tasted great. Great job this time guys. Keep doing it like this every time.

    I went in today purchased my food and while waiting I went to go use the restroom which I found to be locked. I went over to ask one of the cashiers if she would be able to unlock the restrooms to which she very rudely replied "You aren't even supposed to be over there they're not for public use". There was a singular wet floor sign in the hallway of the restrooms but no where there does it prohibit access to them or say that they are out of order. I went in around noon, it's just ridiculous that even after consuming you as a customer are still treated disrespectfully and rudely.

    Went through the drive through, ordered a crunch wrap supreme with no sour cream but guacamole instead. There wasn't any sour cream, but also, there was no tostada, which makes it a crunch wrap. Totally changes the flavor of the crunch wrap.

    Ok this black lady that took my order on the drive thru was VERY RACIST AND SUPER RUDE! I repeated on several occasions my order and she didn’t wanted to listen to me , and she just decided to order whatever she wanted to, and she put in my order a craving box that she chose , my opinion is that if I’m talking with respect why is so hard for her to respect me? This type of people should work where they have no contact with customers , this goes beyond just an order in taco bell , it talks about the decadence of people who are in our society… very sad

    It’s noon and a manager hasn’t came to unlock the bathrooms. Many customers have left because no bathroom and they aren’t taking cash, you have to use a card at the kiosk machine only. Two senior customers left because of both reasons. The customer service is awful they are rude and uncaring.
