My waitress Khris Kindle was so full of life, she was a breath of fresh air. She represents the company well by providing honest food and drink recommendations. I was at Red Robin for a business meeting and everyone in our group enjoyed her upbeat attitude and service. Food was good, I did have to send my burger back because it did not come out well done as I had ordered. The onion rings I ordered to go warmed up very well. I ordered the garlic fries as Kris recommended and they were delicious along with my burger.

Red Robin is one of my frequented restaurants back in high school, especially with their unlimited fries. I was never disappointed with my visits to the one in Wichita (KS), but my last two visits to Overland Park (KS) and Garland (TX) locations have taken it off my list completely. We came around 9 PM, which is still one hour before closing time. We got seated right away, but it took 10 mins for someone to come and grab us water. If the restaurant was busy, I would've understood, but the bartender (our server) was talking to other workers despite seeing us get sat down. She later came and took our order and drinks, and brought us a basket of fries to start off. My boyfriend ordered garlic fries with his meal, and he got regular steak fries. We wanted to ask to exchange but our server was missing for 15+ mins. We had to grab someone else, and he tried to look for the server, and couldn't find her. The food was fine. The fries were stale, and they rarely gave us a refill despite claiming it was unlimited. Our server didn't show up until we were done with the food, so my boyfriend just told her to take off the garlic fries since we didn't even get them. Also, I got their peach strawberry lemonade, which also comes with unlimited refills. HENCE THE UNLIMITED. I've never gotten a problem with sharing with my boyfriend, and we've eaten at Red Robin 20+ TIMES. When our server came back, she saw my boyfriend sipping on my lemonade and said she can't give us a refill unless I want to be charged for a second drink. I've never experienced terrible service until now. She disappeared on us for the entire meal, came back and told me she can't give me a refill on my drink despite it being free refills, and almost refused to take off the garlic fries from the check. I probably will never go back to this chain again after my last two bad experiences. If I visit my hometown again, I'll drop by then if I'm craving some crispy fries. Very disappointed with this location and the service given.

The server was excellent. The hosts seemingly don't understand their job. Watching people walk in and out isn't hosting. For the money, Meteor Burger is a far better investment. $6 for a shake they call monster. Ok. Two burgers, and a shake, $35 plus tip, so a meal for two that was $40. No way that's $40 worth of value. We carried out, we didn't get table service. And if you upcharge for onion rings, effectively making them $5, maybe give more than 5?

If you are looking for a good tasty burger with endless steak Fry's red robins is the place To be they also have chicken sandwiches fried and grilled they also have a bar area so load the car up and bring the family with you I'm sure everyone will find something they will like I recommend the fried pickles those are very tasty

Been years since I had been to Red Robin! Years later it’s still tasty. I took my girlfriend who had never been and she enjoyed it as well. I had a shroom burger and she had a chicken sandwich and for appetizers we had fried pickles! The batter they fried it in was tasty also.

Food was just ok, fries are the best part. Mediocre all around. It works for quick lunch. Well cooked just think their menu could have a little more pizzaz.

We were all excited to go today. It went downhill from there. It took almost 10 minutes for our waitress to finally come and take our drink order. We get water, unsweetened tea and diet Dr pepper. The tea was definitely not fresh. The Dr pepper was extremely flat. Now to the food... We always get the broccoli. We love how soft and hot it usually is. Well, not today. Some pieces were good, other pieces were hard as a rock. My first serving of broccoli was actually cold. I didn't say anything because we had already returned the tea and the Dr pepper. Other minor details, such as sauces we asked for were never served to us. Double charge for endless options. Apparently it just was not the day to have Red Robin.
