Second time visiting and food was worse than first time. Pasta didn’t have seasoning and the worst part was the “garlic bread” called the manager to double check why the bread looked so old and tasted burned plus where is the garlic on the garlic bread, he said that’s the same garlic bread they have served for the last 20 yrs and it supposed to tasted like garlic bread even though it doesn’t look like one (very interesting) We also mentioned the ribs plate looked like the chef just throw them there not even trying to make them look like part of the plate (fries and wings) and the flavor wasn’t the same as the ones in CA and he said all the restaurants use exactly the same ingredients and this specific chef has been with the company for years. Kids meal: Mac and cheese was very runny more like a soap and broccoli tasted old and some pieces had brown parts, just tasted and were afraid my kid was going to end up sick if he continued eating. After talking to the manager and expressing how disappointed we were about the quality, presentation and taste of the food we were - he said the bread is what the company had for years and the chef has been working for the company for years as well, he also said: sorry you feel this way and you didn’t like the food (without even trying to accommodate or give us free soda) We are not looking for free food but decent seasoned food when visiting a restaurant, definitely not coming back. We went Saturday December 18 around 11:45am

Our waiter Thomas was excellent. Even though he was bartender and had all the tables he still managed to check on us often. Food came out perfectly timed so we didn't get everything at once. The salmon was tender, moist and flavorful. The whiskey chicken sandwich was big and delicious. With the chips and salsa the chips were warm. On the appetizer the mozzarella sticks the cheese was warm, boneless wings were tender and the potato skins were perfect. Great birthday lunch.

Our server Kendall was awesome. Thank you for making our family lunch enjoyable. The service was A+, the food was A + This place is well managed and the staff is friendly. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because it is not fine dining.

usually I love this place, however, last night I ordered online to-go and was severely disappointed when I got home. I ordered the Million Dollar Cobb Salad (which is amazing, usually) but much to my surprise, when I took it out of the bag that is NOT what I received, though that is what I was charged for. I received a regular Caesar Salad with only lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese and the steak I chose for the salad. The Mac n' Cheese I ordered was filled only 1/4 of the container. To say the least, I am disappointed in what I received and will not be placing any orders without checking them before I leave the restaurant.

I was very excited about coming to TGI Friday's. As a truck driver I never get to have the pleasure of eating in restaurants nevertheless the a tgi . Upon arrival I was almost forced my the hostess to sit at the bar because I was alone and they did not want to waste a booth on me. Then I sat for over 15 minutes with out being helped. Once I asked for a manager then the waiter appeared. After all said and done my food was wrong not hot and the premium mac n cheese was like pasta soup disgusting. Not at all a good experience.

When you pull into a parking lot 🅿️ of a restaurant and you see a sign on the window for hire and on the spot interviews proceed with caution ⚠️. I walked in saying red flag 🚩 I’m in and waiting to be seated like other people before us and employees at the bar saw us and nobody acknowledged us not even the manager looking 👀 like Alfalfa off little rascals 🤣. Place not busy enough where somebody couldn’t assist. Finally get seated and our waiter (Travis) made the rest of the experience better. Food and drinks 🥤 was good.

This Friday's branch is top shelf! ALL the staff there couldn't be more helpful. The Cobb salad was fresh and we ate on it for 2 days! Kudos to Manager Sharon!! My husband really enjoyed the burger and quality.

The waitress staff is great but the food sucks, I wish I could show you the video of the hardest loaded mash potatoes you could ever eat. Held them up on fork and started counting waiting for them to fall off the fork The broccoli is not steam nor cooked at all and hard. Terrible experience. The manager came over and tried to fix the problem. Nice lady. FYI: I paid for my meal still, but it’ll be a very long time before another visit.

Haven't been to the White Oak location in a few years. Stopped today with my only begotten ....light crowd, got the .50 cent wing special so (10) wings for $5.00 which is a bargain compared to the normal menu prices for wings. Food arrived timely.

First impression walking to my table was how sticky the floor was. Gross! It wasn't just one spot, it was the entire floor! I used to go to TGIF's in the past, but it's nothing like it was. What happened? It really went downhill. My family went for dinner and we didn't get a waitress to come to our table for over 30 or so minutes. Never did we get asked if we wanted water or anything to drink. We had to seek out our waitress and ask if we could order anytime soon. Since we had waited so long with hunger growing stronger, we decided to order everything all at once... drinks, appetizer, main course. It took about 20 minutes more or so. Everything came at different times, which normally you'd get all together so the family can eat together and not have to watch one member enjoy the food while you still wait for your dish. We ordered the same drink to avoid this situation of waiting for different drinks. Sure enough, tht particular drink (iced tea) wasn't ready. What??!! We had to wait for it to brew. Another wait. We ordered Loaded Southwest Potato Twists, Classic Fridays Combo Table-tizer, Sizzling Flat Iron Steak, Center-Cut Sirloin, Chicken Parmesan Pasta and Kids Crispy Chicken Fingers. The only good platters we received from this order were the Kids Crispy Chicken Fingers and the Center-Cut Sirloin, even though it had an insane amount of butter plopped on top. The "supposed" Flat Iron Steak was so bad and here's the reason why -->The sauce was overloaded and sweet, yuck! The meat was fibris, hard and unable to pass. Was this actually a flat iron steak? It was one of the more expensive choices to be unpalatable. I do not recommend. Now for the Loaded Southwest Potato Twists, they're just potato chips with a whole bunch of sauce that makes everything soggy. Not good! And the Chicken Parmesan Pasta had what looked and tasted like a high amount of "Kraft" dried parmesan cheese, nothing fresh, where it couldn't be eaten. The chicken was overcooked to the point it was too hard to chew. Who is cooking up these meals back there? Was the dish washer or busser hired to cook or reheat food? I should not have had to pay for all these platters tht couldn't be eaten, but I did. Threw money down the drain in this experience, unfortunately, $140!!

The wait to be seated was about 15 minutes on a Saturday around 3 in the afternoon. They seem to be short staffed in the kitchen so they're not seating as many as they could. We sat near the bar so our waiter was the bartender; he was funny and kind. After being seated we got our drinks pretty quickly but there was still some time before we got our food. (Didn't keep track of how long.) That said, I will dub these as the best cheese fries I've had in the Triangle. It was worth the wait for those alone. The boneless wings were decent, a little on the dryer side but perfect for those who don't like wings dripping with sauce.

This place surprised us. It is so good we have returned there a few times. The service is outstanding. The burgers are wonderful and cooked to order. The bucket of bones is my go to dish. It consists of a combination of ribs and wings. They offer numerous sauces to choose from. The beer menu is impressive. We will go back, but will try other things on the menu.

It used to be a great location, but has gone down hill. The food was good tasting, but I ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp. I had more mashed potatoes and shrimp than I did chicken. The chicken was approximately 3x3x1 in size. I mean it was small and I only got one when it used to be two pieces. It did not look like anything it shows on the menu. I thought it was like ripoff for a meal that cost about $20. I will give props to our waiter he was a great gentleman.

We had the potato twisters and was pleasantly surprised. They were really good. Hot and fresh. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was there was a lot of grease on the bottom . They must take them from the fryer to the plate. That was a bit disappointing.

I've currently been sitting in my booth for over 45 minutes and my food order has yet to be taken. It took 30 to be acknowledged bc we werent sat. The hostess advised us to sit outselves in which all tables were dirty. When i asked for the table to b cleared she caught an attitude and said it was someone else table but clearly they left. Horrible service from everyone including manager.

We’ve been frequenting here for years and the staff has always been fantastic. Love their appetizers, salads, French onion soup and desserts. Yesterday I tried their fried chicken sandwich and it was fabulous. A++

I would have given 5 stars but service could have been better. We were seated for a good 20 minutes and no one even noticed we had to go talk to someone to get a waiter but other than that the food was good. I love their breadsticks.

We commend the staffs of this restaurant. They were so welcoming and friendly. Food was great and the service was superb. My daughter loves their mozzarella sticks.

Been here for dinner and hardly anyone there dining. Staff was welcoming and good. Food was good but nothing special . Tried their whiskey burger which is juicy and good. Not that pricey too.
