Good place to have lunch and dinner, delicious food

This is always been one of my favorite franchises. I'm glad to be back. One thing I like is a clean bathroom.

This is actually my favorite Panera bread that’s close to my house. I brought my fiancé here today because he wanted to try their food Vs myself always getting only bagels from here. Today I decided to try their Broccoli Mac n cheese bowl and boy was I excited. When it came up I sat down to eat normally I grab a bagel and go, this bowl was Luke warm, my bread was cold like it came off the shelve. I ate the top of the bread and the filling out the bowl just so I wouldn’t waste my fiancé money but I will never get regular food out here again $30.00 was a waste of money here today. The best part was my drink. My fiancé said his sandwich was ok but it was warm as well not hot. Don’t get the food here stick to the bagels and drinks.

Went twice in the same week. First time I went the soup was disgusting it was the vegetable soup and I asked to change it to chicken noodle of course was more water than chicken and noodles. The cookie was hard as a rock got a refund. Second time going ordered a chicken Caesar salad. Disappointed for the third time. Romaine was brown, dressing tasted old, literally had 4 croutons. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because both times the drinks were good. Oh yeah I almost forgot ordered a large salad, however, came in a large bowl was actually a half will not be going back to this location again.

Well, the service was superb; albeit my bakers dozen bagels which I was assured were freshly baked, were hit and miss. Out of 13, 5 of them were so old and hard, they could've cut a diamond. That was dissapointing given they are Panera BREAD. The $13.49 price, not including tax paid, was not a sale.

I remember when this store opened. It was nice and clean for years and then it just kinda went downhill. What makes it worse is the poor customer service from a young lady named Dee . She yells at the customers .. I'm shocked especially with the mouth that she has towards the manager.. Not sure if they keep her because they are short handed. But every time every week I go into the store. It's the same poor customer service and the attitude she has towards customer, staff and management .. I think she Needs to be a janitor that way. She doesn't have to work with any customers.... I really hope the company looks more into this. Because I definitely felt horrible today when she yelled at this old lady and the manager.. Maybe put her into training and watch a youtube video on chick fila customer servic. Customer service is universal be kind respectful and smile...

I have never gone to this Panera ever before and I don't plan on going back ever again. I don't know what is going on there but I paid for a Margherita Pizza. This is not a Margherita Pizza. Also I paid for a drink at the self serve kiosk and I waited for a few minutes after I got my food for my drink. I ended up having to wait in the cashiers line and ask if I would get my drink there or in the pick area. She said I'd wait over there but she was really nice and grabbed my drink for me. She was probably the best part about this whole experience. But unfortunately it doesn't make up for the fact that coming back and opening up the box to this is just not okay.

The Mediterranean bowl is a joke. Don't oder it unless you are NOT hungry! 😉

My First and Last time purchasing Panera from this location! Soggy bread and I found a black piece of hair imbedded in my bread! Potbelly will get my coins from now on! Shameful sorry to take this out on every location but I am SCARRED!

I ordered my food for rapid pick up and I drove all the way back to work . I sat down opened my sandwich and it looked like this😥😤. Never again $14 gone down the drain.

I am a 26 year military veteran, I was told by a panera staff member that were not doing anything for veterans day; even though they are listed on line as offering a you- pick-two for veterans day Shame on Panera

Soup was complete mush. Must have been days and days old. Tuna was barely present in tuna sandwich. Pretty much a pile of lettuce on white bread.

I've really tried to like this location... but it's just bad each time I visit. Sandwiches are skimpy and never made correctly. Just a smidgen of avocado on my smoked chicken AVOCADO sandwich....c'mon man!

I’ve been to this location several times with generally good experiences. Today was my first time for breakfast and I will NOT return for breakfast. The customer service was poor. I stood as the first person in line for nearly 10 mins, 6 of those was me alone in line. I checked to make sure they had what I wanted when I first arrived, they had multiples of each flavor of quiche. When I finally was waited on, there were NONE left. And an hour wait. You opened at 6 and it’s not 7:05 am. Between the wait, while staff was all around and no acknowledgment of any of the customers waiting and you not having the one thing I came for and an hour wait for it. I won’t return to this location for breakfast. Lunch and dinner crew are fine.

I ordered breakfast sanwiches for my family today. But when I got home instead I recived two turkey sandwich monstrosities which were mainly gross aioli and very unappealing lettuce. I was informed the only way to get a refund is to go the whole way back to the store in person. Which is quite a bit of a drive. So basically I was robbed. I'll never be going back to this location.

I dined here yesterday August 2, 2022 and sat at a booth. Underneath the booth’s table located on the carpet were bread crumbs and a coffee stirrer. On Wednesday August 3, 2022, I returned to this same location, picked up my food and proceeded to sit at the same booth. The bread crumbs and coffee stirrer was still visible on the carpet beneath the table. This would indicate that the carpet / floor wasn’t swept or vacuumed during or upon closing on the 2nd of August! I will probably never dine at Panera Bread again since several months ago at another Panera located on 6307 York Road I noticed mice droppings on the food pickup counter! I Disgusting and totally unacceptable!

Skimpiest salad I’ve ever gotten for $8. Yellow lettuce, and that fake shake Parmesan. Not the Panera of the past, with green romaine and shaved Parmesan, with the bowl overfilled. This was supposed to be the “full” portion. It was 6 bites of disappointment.

We ordered 2 Smokey Buffalo Chicken Melts @ $9.79 & 2 Street Corn Chowders @ $6.99. The service was awful. The melts were WORSE! They refuse customers the opportunity to make the sandwiches tasty by adding everything that they're missing. They were thrown together. A whole lot of bread for the amount of shredded chicken, red onions, and cheese placed inside. It was terribly dry because the preparers could care less how the sandwiches were put together. They barely had buffalo sauce, chicken, and onions on them. What a waste of a lunch. Now I remember why I stopped coming here in 2019. The street corn chowder was runny. Why? It's supposed to be chowder. It would had been much better if it was made with chicken in it. Definitely not worth $7.

Just left to pick up an uber eats order for a customer , very rude black girl with braids behind the pick up counter who threw the food on the counter. I’m not sure what kinda day she was having but i will be reporting her. Staff is not too friendly and do not greet or acknowledge . Would never eat here.

Panera is the best place 😎 my regular order is Broccoli 🥦 Cheddar soup 🥣 BBQ chicken salad 🥗 Asiago toasted bagel 🥯 this is Suuuper combo for me 🙌💙 I recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was at this location today. It was pretty cool. I love how you can just place your order at a kiosk. It makes things go a lot faster. I was here during lunch time and it wasn't too crowded. The staff was nice, the place was clean. The only thing that I struggled with was figuring out what I wanted to eat. I am gluten free and it's 2023. There are so many people that live a gluten free lifestyle, that I am surprised that they don't have more gluten free options and I mean they could at least have some bread that's gluten free. Also the menu should have the acronyms of GF- Gluten Free V- Vegan. I really look for that at every and any restaurant or Fast Food place that I go to. By all means the experience here today was overall good but that's my only grievance.

Don't ever order sandwiches on Sunday evenings around 5 pm – the staff working at that hour ruined my first experience at Panera. I ordered a steak sandwich, and all I got was two slices of bread with some steak and cheese in between. My sister's chicken sandwich was equally disappointing, with the sauce served separately, making it dry and unpleasant. It's heartbreaking to think I could have made better sandwiches at home. I'm genuinely upset and won't be ordering from this Panera location ever again

Terrible! Placed an online order, showed up 5 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. Was not at rapid pickup, so I stood waiting as 2 people prepped food for the day. Both saw me standing there and offered no help. I waited figuring they were making my order. After about 5 minutes I finally said something. The guy was looks to his left and asks my last name and proceeded to hand me my bag. It was beside him the whole time. Get to work and the order was just a dozen bagels sliced not even toasted and a tub of cream cheese, no cream cheese. I call customer service for Panera so I can get a refund and I'm told this location is a franchise and I would have to wait 3-5 days for someone to contact me about a refund. That this location does not have customer service so it is forwarded to them and they contact the owners to contact me. It is honestly laughable. Terrible customer service

This location continues to be a disappointment and I have given up on eating here. Our orders are ALWAYS incorrect and the inside of the restaurant always is dirty. It is apparent almost every time we are there that there is a serious disregard for hygiene in the kitchen.

While I didn't like the tuna sandwich I ordered. I know their chicken sandwiches are good. I had a pleasant experience.

Yes the food was good. Clean location, but it is in a bad location. Not enough space around here and when it gets crowded in the area, it gets crowded. Would always be better to get your order to go.

The food is good. If you have an online order and just buy a drink, you always have to wait and ask for your cup, which I would rather not do simply because of social anxiety but sometimes because I am in a rush. The employees, though, have been nice and helpful. It's also in a bad location. You can't just run in like a lot of other Paneras I have visited; you have to fight traffic, park in the back, and walk up to the front.

Panera bread happens to be my little ones favorite, this time my eldest treated me to a birthday lunch(wish I'd of known of Bday Perks prior lol)it was clean, fast-paced ,cashier was so helpful and patient with my son who could never figure out what he wants to eat!😆 Our order was simple and delicious, chicken breast sandwiches w/chips and 2 Mango 🥭 drinks. We were going eat in, and decided it was absolutely a beautiful day,why not change the order to go(to make it easy with disposing of our items when we were finished. There were two young ladies in the back when picking up we told one of them of our change of minds, well lets just say that obviously was too much trouble for her as she rolled her eyes and handed it to a nicer young lady who had no problem, with such a minor change. I took one star off for her attitude, I just want young people to know ,that just because we look the same WE are not the same, get your attitude together, everyone is irreplaceable.

Have been to many Paneras during peak times and today was just unsatisfactory. The manager Chris was rude to an older woman who had been waiting 45 mins for her dine in meal. They also forgot some of my order after waiting 25 mins.

I got all the way home and realized I was given the wrong sandwich that includes bacon and I'm a non meat eater. I was disappointed because I got a family feast which is more expensive. Other than that I have never had a problem at this location before.

Daughter LOVES Panera Bread. Me, not so much. Place is always well lit and clean. Great place to hold a small informal meeting. Daughter got her usual grilled cheese sandwich. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup. There was more broth than chicken or noodles. The French baguette that came with it was hard. I warmed both when I got home (8 minutes away). Still unimpressed. I'll let my daughter continue to have the fun of going to Panera Bread.

Miss Dee was so awesome! I ordered a salad and was not happy with my bread. Her positive attitude, and willingness to listen to my issue was second to none. Only my second time eating there. She replaced my bread and assured me that if I had any other issues, I should let her know. I will definitely be returning for another salad!!
