👍👍 I came into the clinic in a lot of pain this morning and just needed it to be dealt with. The front desk attendant, Felicia, was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! ☺️ So very kind and extremely helpful, letting me know of payment avenues/help that I was completely unaware of!!! I didn’t even ask for this in... People often mention time, wait, staff, patient, doctor, experience, hour, Patient, professional, friendly,

Only because everyone was so nice and seem to know their job is why I rated 2 stars, but when you come in with chest pain that should be attended to immediately, I waited over 40 minutes before they took my vitals. This is the 3rd time I have gone to this location and they have never been able to treat me. They always send me out to either a surgeon or the the hospital. Perhaps I don't know what their function is.

All the staff were really kind. I would warn though, this is not the place to come to for truly urgent matters. Go to the ER as they unfortunately do not have the capabilities to run certain labs. The labs will sent off to another facility. The doctor was nice but I could tell he really had no idea what was causing my son’s condition. He made a lot of guesses and told me to go see his pediatrician. I requested lab work, it was not offered. The saving grace of this all was the follow up from staff after the fact. They called twice to check up on my son and even recommended reputable ER’s based on my sons symptoms. I really valued that part of my experience.

My interaction with the person treating me was delightful. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Same for the person who took my vitals. I had so many questions about various things and she was very patient with me. The one issue I had was the long wait time. First I had to wait for a room to become available, then I had to wait for the doctor to see me. That took about 30 minutes before she arrived. I'm satisfied by her treatment, but the wait time was a little excessive.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had at a Patient’s First Facility. I was feeling awful when I arrived but from start to finish, everyone was very warm, caring and professional. Shaniya(front desk), Daisy(nurse who took my vitals and gave me the Covid test), the young man that did my X-rays(I forgot his name 😢), and the Nurse Practitioner Deanna were simply amazing!!! Even the young lady(another nurse) who gave me a mask was really sweet. They were very efficient, nice and gentle with the care they gave me. I can’t thank them enough. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 I felt a lot better when I left, than when I arrived. My overall experience last evening was a 10! Kudos to the staff! 👏🏾🙏🏾

My 1st visit on 7 19 was great. however, today I had to go back to get a referral letter and it took an hour and fifteen min! I don't know why it could not be sent electronically in the first place. Then it took over an hour to get to the receptionist. Once I got there and told her what I needed I was out in less than a minute. They can certainly do something to improve this process.

I've always gone to Patient First because I'm comfortable being treated there. I have no issues with the clinical or non clinical staff. Everyone is courteous and professional. If I could change anything it would be the wait time in that room after preliminary check. Always seems like forever before the doctor or PA comes to see you. However, I'll keep using Patient First as this is minor.

They are super slow even when it’s not busy! I’m not sure what they’re in there doing but a 4hr wait is ridiculous! Being called back to get registered only took 10 minutes but then another hour went past before vitals were taken. Then another hour to get a room because they were full. Then once you get to the room they make you wait for over an hour to be seen! I have a 6yr old autistic kid and he was getting antsy for waiting for such an extended period of time! Maybe I should have taken him to another location! I didn’t even wait that long when I went to the ER the last time! They need better staff that’s more attentive to the patients concerns. If it was me I’d rather just suffer with whatever I’m going through than to walk in this particular facility but it’s my son that was sick. I also wish I could leave a half of a star, they don’t deserve a full star and please stay away from this location!

Everyone was exceptionally nice. My wait time was about 10 minutes to be registered and then no time at all to be called back. My intake specialist was a very nice young man. I did not catch his name. P.A. Ajiya was very patient and understanding. The X-ray tech, Quincy, was very professional and efficient. Thank you for a very pleasant experience during a very difficult time for me.

I was pleased with my experience at Patient First today. Very little wait time and was told next steps throughout the process. The feedback from the nurse and doctor helped me better understand my situation and they were a pleasure to deal with.

It was very professional. All of my concerns and questions were answered. My wait time was very short. I was given a copy of the issues found and recommended treatment and medications as well as follow-up and would receive a follow up call within 24 hours.. As an Army Veteran I was surprised to learn that all of my information about this visit would be sent to the VA.

The CheckIn was an easy breeze process. When I was examined by doctor Lucy Irene Atiene Olonde she was very understanding with all my symptoms and very knowledgeable as while being very friendly to all of my patient needs. Will definitely come back and tell all my friends to come too! thank you Patient First

The wait time from check in to seeing the physician was excellent. Not a long wait at all. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The attending vitals nurse was very patient with my 4 year old and spoke to her in a reassuring and friendly manner.P.A. J. Rutland did an awesome job caring for my daughter and I as we both needed treatment. He explained information so I could understand and filled our prescriptions in house so we did not have to bother with going to the pharmacy.

I was very fortunate to meet Erica as she signed me in and was very personable while being professional @ the same time. My pain level was high and in talking with Erica, I was pleasantly distracted in a really good way from the pain I had been experiencing. Paulette was diligent, professional and pleasant. Dr. Denham Gage is a consummate professional. Going into detail about the significant pain I was experiencing and what was the best way to treat it. Bed side manor as they called it back in the day, Dr. Gage was a 10 in every manner. I am feeling a lot better today an am confident this will continue to which will allow me to play golf again numerous times a week and not have to cancel the day of teeing it up with friends. Erica checked me out and again her smile, infectious personality really made me feel that I had made the absolute best decision in choosing Patient First. Best regards, John

All of the female staff are very friendly, helpful, and timely. I had no bad experiences with any female staff, but I was seen by one white male doctor who was rude and very dismissive. I ended up having to basically force him to give me antibiotics, and the entire time he was being put offish, and acting like I was stupid. I will only be coming back here again if I make an appointment with a female doctor. Other than the one bad experience, this is the fastest, best urgent care in the area and I recommend it if you don’t get that one white male doctor. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but you shouldn’t treat people like that regardless.

The experience at Patient First was really good. The physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners were awesome. The only issue is the wait time that I had to endure while being there. I waited over several hours to be seen.

I was pleasantly surprised at the short wait time. At the completion of every step from check in to vital signs to x-ray the next person was immediately available. I don’t think this is the average experience but it was nice to complete my entire visit from start to finish in about an hour or less.

My experience with Patients First was excellent. The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly and professional. The energy was very positive and genuine as the Staff treated each other with respect. This respect and concern was shared with myself as well with other patients. Thank you to the entire Team!

My experience with patient first in Owings mills was one of the best I've experienced. From my wait time treatment and out the door on the road to recovery, the staff was very professional and courteous. They moved as one unit. While my intake was being taken care of, the MA came out to get me to take my vitals then into a room. My entire visit took about an hour tops. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Patient First for an amazing job.

Im a nurse but I was a patient today and received excellent care from the young lady who took my vital signs, I think her name was Daisy. She was friendly and professional. I wasn't feeling great but her kindness lifted my spirits. Thanks for all you do.

The Patient First is Owings Mills is the absolute best non-emergency facility that I've ever been to. No matter how busy they are, I feel that I've never had to wait longer than 45 minutes, I leave the facility completely informed and they never give me more meds/services than necessary to make a dollar. Also, Jason Olszewski, and the supporting staff, are absolutely phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable. I don't just get seen, I receive actual CARE. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and Jason to anyone.

My son just left there for dehydration. His eyes, nose and lips are severely dry. He is experiencing body aches and running a fever. He expressed that he has not been urinating or drinking enough fluids and the doctor refuse to order blood work to verify my son concerns. My son asked the doctor could he give him some IV fluids and he told him no. I’m so sick of patient first and their misdiagnoses. A few years ago, they sent my son home with false results; however, he need surgery. My son just went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with severe dehydration and is now receiving the care that he deserve and need.

My visit was extremely pleasant! I appreciate how Every PF staff member that I interacted with made me feel like they actually cared for my well being. From the MA at the Front Desk with the short cut and beautiful blond tips, to the MA Stephanie in Vitals, to Alex the X-ray Tech Supervisor, to Lou the Physician, to the MA with the lovely neon pink and clear nails that wrapped my knee, to the tall funny lady in the all red scrubs with the wavy ponytail...I THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND COMPASSION!!!

I went with my sister 7/8/23 we arrived around 8:45am less then 20 mins the insurance info was taken & she was called back for vitals around 9:10 just to sit back there for near a hour before actually being seen🤦🏾‍♀️then when she was actually seen the process took less then 10 mins what a waste!!! Waiting a hour just to be seen for 10 mins is RIDICULOUS!!! but overall the office was clean but masks should be required people in the waiting room was coughing & sneezing.

I feel like I was a rush job for each of my visits. I felt like the proper protocols weren't being followed when it came to checking me as a sick patient. It's the reason why I never liked patient first. Yes being seen quickly can be good for most people but me having to keep coming back was ridiculous and inconvenient for me. The lady's working the registration areas were nice and easy. Which made me feel like I was going to have a great experience but I didn't. Now I'm not saying the staff was rude or disrespectful. It just wasn't a good experience I felt like I was an inconvenience.

I have been to Patient First owings Mills many times. I have NEVER experienced the treatment like i received today. Paul and Daisy were amazing. Paul was patient and extremely accommodating. Daisy asked me if I needed a drink of water or a warm blanket. I was so surprised by the treatment!!!! Even the young lady that did my vitals was patient and didn't make me feel like I was a bother (yes I've gotten that before). I had to bring my son in with me and both Paul and Daisy attempted to make him comfortable as well. Kudos really goes to everyone I encountered today really. Words cannot express the gratitude they I have. Sometimes people in the medical field rush patients or don't like answering other questions. Thank you so much again Paul and Daisy!!!

Great experience with this office. The staff were very friendly, and I was seen quickly. The initial doctor wanted a second opinion on my rash, so she got another doctor to look at it, and they came up with a similar diagnosis. The nurses were very nice and the front office were efficient. I received treatment and recommendations for following up. I spent about an hour here in total

First and Foremost: Silvia (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly), one of the nurses at this UrgentCare, was extremely helpful and reassuring when answering my questions pertaining to Covid. Her kind demeanor matched with the useful resources/info she provided helped to thoroughly answer my questions and she even provided a link for later reassurance and questions. The only complaint I have is the six minute long voice menu I had to sit through. My actual conversation with a representative was less than half that wait.

Excellent Staff at patient first Owings Mills, Maryland. They are very friendly and very considerate of the patient, if you’re not feeling well, and you need to see somebody, I highly recommend patient first in Owings mills Maryland, they’re very efficient. We have had other experiences with other similar business like patient first, and our visits to others like patient First was terrible. What else can I say? Very happy with patient first Owings, Mills, Maryland.

Wonderful, I came in contact with Patient First in 2020 during the "COVID" Pandemic , at a very critical time when no one knows if there will be an end to this awful time. The courage, the effort, the enormous support that you guys showed to the whole community from far and near that was coming to this facility was a very big encouragement both to me and my family . It brought back hope to me and my entire family , and it gave us more strength to fight this pandemic and we fought and through GOD's grace we lived through it to this day including my aged parents who were in their 80's and 90's and they are still living. You guys are doing awesome work and from the bottom of my heart and as a fellow health care worker , I say thank you to all of you and may the ALMIGHTY GOD bless you all immensely with your families.

I visited last night for the second time in 3 weeks because they would not give me antibiotics to cure what I am sick from. Furthermore, because of this my wife has had to come 3 times in the past month BECAUSE CLEARLY ITS PASSING BACK AND FORTH BECAUSE OF LACK OF MEDICATION. I brought our concerns up to the doctors both times. Both times our concerns were ignored. It is deathly effecting my wife because it turns into pneumonia EACH time. Also the first doctor failed to care about an autoimmune disease and how the medication for her would trigger it. Needless to say she was hospitalized for a week afterwards. Now today when I call to see why the medicine was never sent to the pharmacy I am ignored and told that I don’t need any. But, I’m sitting here with a fever, dizziness, and coughing my lungs out. I have had a fever a whole week now and because it didn’t happen to be present when they took my temp they wrote me off. This establishment is a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen.

I came into the clinic in a lot of pain this morning and just needed it to be dealt with. The front desk attendant, Felicia, was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! ☺️ So very kind and extremely helpful, letting me know of payment avenues/help that I was completely unaware of!!! I didn’t even ask for this information but she could see my need, as I was laid-off recently… Felicia is the kind of worker that every business needs! Extremely friendly, polite and joyful in my time of need. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! What a blessing!!! ☺️

I was satisfied with the testing except for the chest xray. The PA said I may have Pneumonia or Bronchitis and if I didn't have pneumonia the radiologist would call me the next day. I feel like the PA could have determined this. Also the PA never touched or examined me at all. She didn't listen to my chest or look down my throat. What is she getting paid for? Is this proper protocol for a doctor or PA not to examine you and rely on tests only?

Staff is friendly but, I've been here for 2 hours and still haven't been seen. If you're looking to get treatment in a reasonable amount of time, do not come here. I should have known better than to try this location again. During a previous visit I came in because I was having an upper respiratory issue and they wanted to get a chest x-ray. I sat for an hour waiting to get it done before someone told me that the machine was broken. I ultimately left without having the test done. I was treated elsewhere and found to have bronchitis. I highly doubt I'll ever come back to this location.
