Receptionist
was
not
very
friendly,
she
kept
asking
me
to
take
a
seat
when
I
just
wanted
to
pay
the
bill.
The
dentist
was
nice
and
speaks
English
very
well.
Edit:
I
agree
that
the
initial
review
I
wrote
was
a
little
unfair.
The
dentist
and
the
nurses
were
very
friendly
and
did
their
best
to
make
sure
there
was
as
much
comfort
and
assurance
as
possible.
Regarding
the
receptionist,
to
be
honest
I
was
taken
aback
as
well,
because
the
woman
who
answered
the
phone
(both
times)
was
very
friendly
and
warm,
so
I
expected
the
same
behavior
when
I
was
at
the
clinic
in
person.
However,
I
got
a
snappish
and
standoff-ish
treatment,
so
I
was
disappointed
due
to
a
let
down
of
expectations,
hence
the
initial
review.
All
in
all,
it
was
a
good
dental
experience.
