Throughout my life I haven’t seen a hotel as atrocious as this. The central heating was from hitlers gas chambers, there was no drinking water available in the rooms, only available from the toilet. The flush didn’t work properly, the bed felt like thorns. The service was terrible, the concierge looked like they’ve had their kidneys removed. This hotel was not even worth the paper I printed the confirmation on. Camping on the streets would’ve been more comfortable.

Recommended - it fits the bill. Very good location close to S-Bahn stop. A good room, lift (elevator) to each floor, kettle in the room with mugs and tea selection (and the tap water is of course drinkable - I feel sorry for the other reviewer who felt his only option was water out of the toilet). The included breakfast is a great bonus in the price.

Terrible sign -n experience, they insisted they have sent me an email which I have never received. Don’t not respond to calls AND no reception in attendance most of the day. Different room was given than what we booked. No iron despite saying it is available in the room facilities. No breakfast despite saying it is available at the hotel.

Great hotel. Nice and cozy rooms. I always book there when i travel for business in Munich!

Stayed there in Dec 2019 when Tottenham played Bayern.Hotel was really nice and comfy,The highlight for me was the breakfast.It was amazing.Think anything you could have for breakfast and it was there High;y recommended.

Great front desk & maid service. Breakfast was good with bread, meat, cheese, fruit, jam, cereal, hard & soft boiled eggs. Rooms are perfect size, and quite. Our room did smell moldy if we didn't open windows after showers & in the morning.

Friendly, comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast. Great service. The only nitpicks are out of the way location (but close to a tram stop and a 10 minute walk from the St-Martin-Straße S Bahn station), and some noise from busy streets on either side of the hotel.

My room was 104. You arrived directly on the bed and you have a huge wall that separates the bathroom. The breakfast is good. Even during Oktoberfest, it is quiet. The overall experience is okay for me.

The hotel is managed in absentia, there is no one there to resolve any issues. As such, you will not receive an invoice for your purchase (which is required by law). Your key is in a box near the entrance. It's technically not a hotel, someone purchased parts of an apartment building and the 'rooms' are co-located with resident tenants. The front door is open to the street, anyone can walk in and access your room door. There is no breakfast, despite the website advertising breakfast as included.

Horrible people. They cancelled my reservation even was co firmed and my credit card was ok and had money on it. Misserable people doo that 1 night before. Scumbags. Don't go there!

The place is pretty confortable, the rooms are spacious, clean, staff was very friendly, the bathroom(WC and shower are not in the room) but you still get a sinc and a few towels for you to use. In terms of location the place is 20 minutes away from city center with the tram/S Bahn/Bus or 40 minutes walking there is a Greek restaurant near it behind the corner.

Beautiful room. Love it. It has private bathroom also.

The only downside is that the showers and toilets are common for the floor. So you have to leave the room and go. The room themselves are fairly good. You get a TV. Our room had 2 single beds but I believe double bed rooms are available too. It is fairly close to the tram stop and about 10 to the underground stop.
