FIT STAR during the pandemic didn’t inform me about any reopening and then surprised me with 145€ bill. They said only E-Mail handles contract issues. Problem is their email customer service aren’t equipped to handle the number of emails coming in and have no way to explain why their marketing team didn’t announce reopenings in June of 2020 to the first of November. I think they try but it’s frustrating not being able to speak with someone that can resolve the issues or at least find a middle ground. The staff at the actual location are friendly though and the gym is good, so I give it an overall 3 points. Just hope you never need to talk about anything with your contract.

Many treadmills which is convenient during peak hours. Large room with 3 power plates. Bummer that the rest rooms are so far away from the changing rooms.

The gym is good. But even when I am moving out of Germany, they are not ready to cancel my membership and forcing me to pay the fees for next 1 year. The customer care is not ready to cancel the membership. Also they are charging the money even when the gym is closed from few months!

Well-equipped gym for all levels of fitness buffs. Friendly English-speaking staff is helpful. A good value for the money, especially with the coffee and water option.

Great Gym overall. + A lot of Lockers + Great Drinks / Coffee (+ ~4$ a month) + A good variety of Workout-Programmes (free) + Kind Staff + Nice variety of Workout Stations - Some Stations were untidy and sticky? I advice you to bring gloves. -You might want to discuss your Subscription / Contract first before signing, to avoid any misunderstandings.

Quite run down. You see it in the way iy has been constructed and designed. Also becasue equipment looks and is old from different brand. Carpets looks iggy and so on. Not really a place you feel all great. It has though everything you need for your workout. Staff was also super friendly and you can park there without costs. That it perfect.

Really good for those who know what they want from a gym. Sometimes it can get crowded but that's the case in any gym. Equipment is great and varied. Spaces are cool and they have classes if you interested. I like the fact they have a dedicated space for calisthenics and also have TRX bands. The staff is helpful and will answer your queries. The cost is cheap too. 18 a month is perfect.

I like this gym. The price is good. You can also go to zumba classes and other group classes. There are showers and separate dressing room for men and women available. There is a small area for only women to do exercise. There is also solarium. Protein bar, that's a drink. And also nescafee stuff. You have to pay for them additionaly with your contract. There are many branches and you can go to any of them.

They had a nice discount for Black Friday for four months you could pay 15 € and the rest 30€ for 1 year membership but I couldn’t register because I stay here just for 3 months I wish that they had branch in some other cities also so I could keep with them on .

I really like this place. This gym has become an integral part of my daily routine, and I am satisfied with my experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming. I like to highlight the morning crew, consisting typically of Marie and Tino for always helping me when I need assistance. Its not easy to handle given all the other responsibilities they have. The gym itself is well-maintained. The equipment is top-notch, and I never have to wait long to use the machines or weights I need. It has quite a variety of classes and programs to use, I typically stick to weight-lifting but from what I've seen you can do plenty of classes to cover most of your needs. The gym can also be a nice little place of community building. I've made some wonderful friends here who are also regulars nearly every day. The support from fellow members have been a tremendous source of motivation for me. The location is perfect for me, and its open 24/7. Locker rooms are sufficient to store your stuff, theres always plenty of places when i've been there. Overall great gym, with a pretty good price tag and enough weights to satisfy most of your needs. Been going there for over a year and a half now and I don't regret it.

It’s a good place for fitness and the location is on point, where the busses and trains are couple of minutes walk away. The reason for 4 stars is because of some of the equipments are old and it should be either upgraded or renewed.

Nice gym with friendly staffs

We have moved to a location where there is no gym nearby. Nearest is 8 kms away. When I try to cancel membership they're refusing straightway.. I have been giving 20€ for nothing from past 6months. It's pure bullying.

At first sight seemed as nice gym with organised trainers, first time I came didnt knew I needed a lock for a shelf in changing room, but I’ve been told that I can buy it inside, forgot my wallet that time so next time I brought cash to buy lock but apparently u can buy lock only with credit card which I didnt have with me. 3rd time I came around 22:10, my membership card worked at 2 doors but on 3rd it said “denied”. So it was 3 times of wasting my time on gym that is unorganised as hell. I do not recommend this gym to anyone.
