I'm sorry...I've lived in Gary most of my life...and frankly..this park needs a serious make over...suggest...since us taxpayers have to pay for prisoners...they should be out there cleaning up this park...it has great potential...it would be nice to really seeing kids actually playing there...instead of having to go way out to some other place just to play like kids are supposed to...come people...

Nice little park but it could use some bathrooms. We rented the shelter here and were told that we would have access to the building but it was locked the entire time. I saw some deer while I was there, which was nice.

Not really a place you can go to on a whim. It was a little too hoity-toity for my taste. Maybe if I was little bit more hippe. Too rich for my blood. But you might like it.

Broken picnic tables, broken benches, broken grills, garbage piled up. Outdoor porta potties. There is a small playground.

Awesome Park. We have our annual Brunswick Reunion there. But it also needs upgrades to the basketball courts.

Not very attractive. Ok for kids but keep very close eye on them.

March 2023 picked to become one of Gary‘s “Jewel Parks.” Park is somewhat rundown now but is loaded with potential. It will be interesting to see what improvements are.

This park, located in Gary, IN, needs serious repairs. The entrance is darkand the fieldhouse is raggedy. The roof/ceilings leak, the bathroom are horrible and many other problems.

Nice & Clean park. Enough room for all 4 children to fly kites.

Run down inside because of age. I only saw the section where I voted.
