Great place to stay if you wish to be in a quite place with spacious studio apartments. The buildings are new so everything is super fresh. The services are great. It is not having any small or big shops around so if you need to be in a place to walk and shop and come back, might not be ok for you. But this place is worth living.

Value for money. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Also comes with a kitchenette and washing machine. Very nice.

Very neat place to quarantine. Kitchen has stove, microwave and fridge. There are also utensils if you feel like cooking your own meal. Just ask for mosquito insecticide or repellent. The bugs woke me up several times

Phoenix is my number one choice for an apartment in Kigali. Very clean with all the appliances we needed. There are two restaurants on site that serve delicious meals and a very clean pool downstairs

Better place when you are looking for apartment in near by distance to Kigali City. It is located near industrial zone

The hotel is structured in apartments, like an air bnb, spacious and clean. (I stayed in the a 3 bedroom apartment) group travel. Their services was great, room keepers were well trained for the job. Toiletries always supplied. The apartment had washing machine too, breakfast was served every morning if your stay. Calm environment, the restaurant is mostly Chinese meals, but there is a different restaurant where you can eat some other stuffs. There is also a nearby supermarket to things from if you wish. It is located within the city, not far from the Airport and Convention Center. On a scale of 1 to 10 I will score them 9

This place is giving neat, comfortable and practical housing for you. Stayed in the studio apartment. It was breathtakingly comfy and relaxing. The room was nice with all appliances from cooker, microwave, fridge washing machine all working. Very conducive for a long stay and practical. Their is also free breakfast to booth. Nothing to complain about honestly.

Affordable and clean. However very noisy. Room tends to get hot without proper ventilation and no lifts available.

Services were excellent, except breakfast window. Staff were very friendly especially ISIMBI, Ndayizera, Igabile and Ninziza (Brenda). Awesome people. My only regret was that the swimming pool was not available till I checked out.

Step hill on the way into the Phoenix apartments, reception staff were very helpful,the 1st room I got was woken each morning by noisy next door( but I was moved to a better room).the Apartment had Really everything you could require, Washing machine,Cooker,extractor,Iron, Microwave, kettle and coffee jug. There was mosquito nets over the bed and on the Door screens on balcony. Two Power Showers,and all accessories . Towels changed every day. I would have given 5Star but the Swimming pool was closed and being repaired for a couple of days...I would Certainly recommend Phoenix Apartments to anybody.

The apartments are on very close to the road, like 5 min from the airport, before the economic zone, rooms are good, food is good and plenty, they have a resto bar with nice choma.

spacious apartment.were cool with our late check out. helpful staff. close to the aiport. clean. Chinese breakfast was a bit hard for us. Its not really a hotel vibe rather a short term condo rental. When you shower it wets the entire bathroom.

A bit pricey but proves to be good when you look at it in a broader sense. Providing all basic luxury facilities, this apartment is near to the road and links Rwamagana to Remera. Near to the airport makes it a good location to stay connected with the beauty of Kigali.

Great quiet place to escape the buzz of the city. Good clean apartment which is cleaned daily. Friendly staff and very good Chinese food! 😌 Oh yeah... and the pool is really nice too!
