This store is half a mile from my house, so I visited it first on Friday morning. I purchased a necklace and earring set the year before. The manager at the time was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. He had called me previous week to let me know he had moved to a new location. I knew the experience wasn't going to be the same when I went to enter the store and the closed sign was in the window. I believe I was greeted by the store manager, but can't be sure. What I'm sure of is there was no desire to make a sale or ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. I didn't even get a chance to look at what was available because there was no desire to answer my questions or provide a good customer experience. I ended up making a purchase at the Kay Outlet in Charlotte, which is about 20 miles from my house. You should consider bringing in a new manager that values customer satisfaction. I have probably made my last purchase with Kay due to this experience. I will find a new jeweler that values customer service.

Top notch customer service! They went above and beyond to help my fiancé find the perfect engagement ring. Not to mention searching the entire universe to find the matching band that was out of stock. You guys ROCK!!!
