Love this store! Bought so much stuff. Booths are owned by various people so it’s a mix of vintage goods and prices. Loved Tex the greeter. He’s a very good boy.

No sign up sheet, the sale started almost an hour earlier than the posted time which is super misleading if you wanted to come early for a specific item. I inquired about an item before the sale with no answer, and the item was still shown in the estate listing with no mention of a pre-sale, but when I got there I was told it was sold as a pre-sale item. It's really not that hard to communicate with your customers and take things off the listing page if they have sold. I drive a long way to get to these sales so my time and energy is wasted. The listing also mentions "pickers sale", but virtually everything was priced and was pretty expensive. Seems like he has regulars and friends who are in the "know" before anyone else.

We asked Mike to liquidate our mother’s Gastonia home. He was utterly professional, knowledgeable, and speedy—and his fees were completely fair and equitable. We didn’t have to do a thing, other than remove the pieces that we decided to keep. I have recommended Mike to several Charlotte/Gastonia families.

Oh my goodness! I'm new at estate sale shopping and Mike absolutely helped me fall in love with my purchases and helped make it possible to get the items I wanted due to time restraints.
